“I have had two occasions to visit the O’Fallon Fedex Office (store) on Hwy K in O’Fallon MO this month. Each time, I was assisted by a service professional named Donte. Not only was Donte extremely helpful and competent, but he was both personable and respectful. This service, coupled with the wide array of services available, makes this my “go to” place for shipping, packing, reproduction, electronic transmission etc. Side note: Another customer overheard me complementing the service and mentioned to me that he had experienced the same great service numerous times at this Fedex location. Obviously, someone is doing something right there. Thank you!”
“Went in person because we were having so much trouble with a credit card getting to a resident in O'Fallon. The assistant was very helpful and we finally had the issue resolved when she spoke with the Carrier and we realized that they did have the wrong address, but it was so similar that on the phone The elderly person couldn't tell the difference. Thanks for listening!!”

“Horrible pricing for fax services. 2 dollars a page? I am amending this review. I checked pricing elsewhere and this is competitive. Still shocking. 27 page document. The store team was quite helpful and nice. And, I do appreciate the response here from the Owner. Thank you for the follow up.”
