Typically, Sephora employees will see if you need assistance with finding a product, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding a shade after being there for 20 minutes testing foundations.

come here occasionally !! every experience has been positive and everyone is nice !! they are very helpful and go the extra mile to help you look for what u are looking for! love this sephora !!!

This Sephora needs new sales people !! They are always stocking or doing something EXCEPT helping their customers!! This is my second time there and you ask them a question and after answering it they run away. They don’t even help you with any suggestions for your make up when you need advice. This is horrible. They lost me in O’Fallon store as a good customer!! I’m pissed I couldn’t get any help again on my second visit!! Won’t be back there again!!

I didn't actually go in, Sephora is in Kohl's. I did sign up on the site and ordered some eye cream. I got to pick like 3 items two sample. Loved it

I personally love this Sephora. I’ve gone multiple times and the girls are mostly personable & if not, they still check on me & help me if needed. They even helped my teenage daughter get some fun makeup for her age. And they will always check in the back for me if I show interest in something. I’ve only had good service.

Really disappointed in the new Sephora. The service is not good. I have walked in multiple times and the employees don’t greet me or ask if I need help. They are either stocking shelves or talking to each other. They aren’t educated about the products. The new system since they moved from JCP has the member perks a mess. I lost all my points in the switch (I had over 500). I have decided after visiting this location now 4x that I won’t be returning. I’ll take my business to Ulta. Khols has ruined the Sephora experience.
