I have used this gooming salon for my 3 year old Shorkie many times and previously loved our service. Today there were extra new faces and when i picked my dog up he looked skinned. The regular groomer was called out and i put him down and showed her. She says its because he is different colors. I am going on vacation. I am so angry. No apology, offer to fix him, or discount. I live a life of peace so I left. Accidents happen but apologize and make it right. Poor conflict resolution!!!

My dog and I had a great experience! I loved that they were cage free as I don't kennel my dog. He looked perfect when I picked him up and the staff was really friendly. The pricing is pretty standard and I feel confident trusting them with my baby.

Well-run business with professional groomers...my two dogs always leave with a smile on their face instead of being anxious...great, accommodating service as well.

We moved into the area last August and need to find a new salon for our two fur babies. We decided to try Paws and Relax Pet Spa and am so thrilled we did. We found a salon that does excellent work and are caring. Our two precious babies love their spa days. The staff is friendly and courteous. Prices are reasonable. Facilities are always clean. So happy we have standing appointments. Highly recommend you try this wonderful pet spa.

Took our dogs to Paws and Relax today for the first time, and we'll definitely be back for their next grooming session. Instead of being cooped up in kennels, they were able to roam about and get some much needed social interaction with the other spa patrons. Both of our dogs look very handsome after today's grooming session, and the prices were reasonable as well.

Had trouble finding a groomer who wouldn't trim our cairn terrier like a schnauzer. Today we tried paws and relax and they did a wonderful job. Definitely going back to them.

I have looked for a good groomer for my two maltipoos for years. Every time I find one I like, they leave the location they where they were working or close. I found Paws and Relax on a recommendation from a pet store on hwy k. They consistently do a great job. They only have my dogs there for a few hours unlike the other groomers I've been to that keep my dogs all day. Jenny is awesome and my dogs love her!
