I took my car in a few weeks ago to get looked at four repair. They said it'd be almost a week for an estimate. It's been 3 times that I still haven't heard back. I've called 4 times with no call back.

I just want to say that the knowledge, communications and customer service were beyond reproach during my recent visit for major door and side panel repair. To add to this my truck sustained hail damaged while at the body shop. The service advisor Mike Jaeger always kept me up to date as to progress and delays. The staff worked seamlessly with the insurance and rental car process, which helped keep my stress level lowered. I would definitely use Schaefer Autobody O’Fallon in the future.

I was driving to work and unfortunately a deer jumped in front of me I hit him head on but Schaefer fixed my car and it looks like I never hit a deer thank you Schaefer for all you did for me
