I dropped off my suv for a new windshield and when I picked it up it looked like this. I keep the inside of my vehicle meticulously clean and they did nothing to protect it. In addition to the dirt after I cleaned it I found out they actually scratched the paint in two places( you can see them in the third picture). Most places that work on cars put down plastic or paper to protect the cars they are working on but apparently safelite doesn’t care.I will not recommend using them.

Got a new windshield March 16th, on March 22nd we were 20 minutes from home and it started to rain and the drivers side wiper they put on my car, fell right off on the highway. We had to drive home in the rain with no wiper. That is why they get 1 star. The tech should know how to do his job properly. Now I have to purchase new wipers because it is supposed to rain Monday.

Very fast process to fix a chip in my windshield so I was very happy about that. However after I left I noticed a brown drop on my windshield that would not come off with the wipers and when I got home I had to pick it off and it's smeared so I'm assuming it was dried resin. I contacted customer service and they told me to take it back up that they have a solvent that would take it off. I had already used alcohol and Windex on it. Explained the situation to the girl at the office when I got there and she took a foam window cleaner to it but we could not see the smear when we were outside. So we thought we had it off. However when I got home in my garage under LED lights the smear showed up again. I called customer service again and asked what solvent they use, so I could try something at home,because I did not want to make another wasted trip to the location and they were not helpful. I googled and found a suggestion to use acetone and it came right off.

Can't call to make an appointment. Online only well you just lost my business I will take all 4 of my vehicles elsewhere. Someone who will answer their phone like a normal business.

Took my Tesla in for a total front windshield replacement and this shop offered outstanding customer service. They kept me updated throughout the process while I waited, were clearly very knowledgeable about the replacement service, and took less than the anticipated time to perform the replacement. While I hope I will not need to go back anytime soon, I will use them in the future for any windshield needs. Strongly recommend!

Booked a glass replacement online. It was quick and easy. I dropped my keys in the Dropbox around 7:20. Received texts throughout the entire process and it was ready within the hour. Receiving text was super convenient as I was working, but they also called to let me know my vehicle was ready. Have used these folks twice for windshield replacement.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER!!!They broke the mirror plastic housing trying to install it on their new glass. They won't answer their phones! I sent email but I'd rather talk to someone and they just put you into some queue then an automation tells you to contact them later and hangs up!I will most likely have to have the vw dealership fix it and sue Safelite for damages.Services: Installation

Dont tell them your lane departure isn't working before you get your new windshield or they wont install it without a car dealer inspecting your car first.

I HAVEN'T EVEN SCHEDULED THE SERVICE YET BUT EVERY TIME I GO BACK ON THE WEBSITE TO CHANGE A LOCATION OR THE INFORMATION THEY RAISE THE PRICE $10-$20 EACH TIME. WTH!
