We used it for fitness only, for the cost it was not worth it. Less than couple miles up the road 2 clubs for cheaper and much more space. The gym area is small, cramped when busy and just a poor layout. It was like they had some space left over and said, okay fitness area here.

Cute place… hardly welcoming to all. Truly, it was all good fun until I, a member of the pride community, was denied access to the family bathroom after seeing one and also inquiring about it at the front desk. It was locked and I was told that they couldn’t unlock it per “the boss’ word”. I’m not the one to escalate things beyond my control, so I didn’t peruse manager action. But with the entire center being a cute little place for everyone to do what they want to do, it’s not worth it. I’m never coming back- ever. Clearly, it’s not a place for pride people!

Tried to book a birthday party and nearly mission impossible to get a hold of Holly. Called lots of times and was told she was there but she never picked up for over a week. Never did book the party. By the time she sent me an email response, she advise not available for that day.

Well they don't supply volleyballs even though they have some and also MY volleyball got stuck and then didn't want to get until the next day leaving me and friend with nothing to do which is a little aggravating even though they had extra volleyballs but say they didn't. Do better.

Activities through the Renaud are a hot mess. We've tried it for a few different activities now (hoping it would get better) and they are typically very poorly organized (martial arts had drastically mixed aged kids thrown together the last minute because they decided to cancel a different class, this kind of thing is the norm not the exception.) The volleyball league is an absolute disaster/joke. The gymnastics/tumbling program has one really great teacher (Ms.Sue is fantastic!) and one teacher who was so awful we stopped going halfway through. I highly highly recommend going through programs through the YMCA or anywhere else.

My youngest granddaughter enjoyed her 3rd birthday there today. She had a great time in the pool, the lazy river, and the slides.
It is a clean, well maintained facility and very well staffed, I counted 6 lifeguards, and there is a large lap pool as well.

If you are going here for the pool this is probably not the best place for you. Been going here for several years and a lot of times pool use is an issue. (swim lessons usually). Finally done with this place after last night pool closes at 5 for what no one can say other than private swim lessons and it's what the sheet says. Even though lifeguards were on duty and there was one small child getting swim lessons. If something you pay for isn't available for use what is the point anymore. Just got sick of being always worried that the pool would not be open or I would be just trying to get my workout in. Already joined the YMCA across the street and after speaking with them they said that at least1 lane is always open in the evenings, I mean that makes sense if you are selling a service doesn't it?

Our little guy was very stiff and unsure of water which was the main reason we signed him up. Our instructor Ella was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! He was comfortable quickly and before we knew it our kiddo was back stroking across the poolElla and facility get our families ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
