My valvoline uses this regions as our bank so we're up here almost every day dropping off deposits or getting change have never had any issues and they are super friendly everytime even coming through right when they close!

Friendly caring super above and beyond st.charles and O'Fallon k&n location. Helped me with information about how to fax my documents cheaper and gave me directions to the place without my asking. And with a smile and eagerness. I take that all day long.

Brandon and staff were very nice and educated me on my options for opening a couple accounts. Brandon followed up with me a few days later (after I was having an issue) and checked if the issue was resolved. So far I have seen good things! Good job on your first impression with me!

Best bank in the area. They are always kind and personable. So easy to talk to and they've always been able to lend me a helping hand. I won't go to any other branch because these guys are top notch. They take time to speak with me about work and different things going on in life. Truly a pleasure speaking and doing business with them every time!

Convenient location, but their ATMs break way too often. Luckily they have a card printer, so when the ATM eats your card they can make you a new one. but it would be nice if they would just keep the ATM's in order. I've had Regions for most of my life and found no real reason to change.

Made an appointment five days in advance. They sent me three emails confirming my appointment. When I got to the bank on time for my appointment I was told the girl was busy and if I would like to come back or wait in my car for 15 min. I was the first appointment of the day. I am glad I found out how they treat customers before I opened an account.

Worst bank on the planet. The app is set up to make u spend money you don't have so you they can charge you 35 dollars every week. The app should tell you accurately your UP TO DATE balance. It does not. If you call and complain they will directly lie to you and say that it doesn't do that and keeps accurate balance...well my screens hots are timestamps and don't lie. Time to send a bunch of thieves to the better business bureau.

They have a 15 minute policy to come back to the branch and cancel a transaction made. Was back in 5 minutes but since the lady who did my transaction was on lunch, "there was nothing they could do for me." The assistant manager was very rude, repeatedly tried to help other customers before me and very unhelpful and difficult through the whole situation. He used curse words as well. A manager should have been able to help me since I was there within their 15 minute policy. Never had a problem at a regions branch before this, this was the worst customer service I've ever received and will be switching banks as a result. Update- I appreciate the manager for doing what he can but the assistant manager needs to work on how he handles things.
