I just got attitude out of a manager here. I asked if pizza was ready and she replied its only 6 Oclock give me a break. I spend money in QT every day that i work its my favorite gas station but i wont be back to this store. Dissapointing

I understand there can be maintenance to systems but when it requires your customers to go get cash out of the atm which cost $3 for a $12 transaction to actually conduct business isn’t convenient/quick and cost your customers more. A fountain soda or coffee would be reasonable accommodation but Christopher says yeah “sorry about that no worries”. Either he didn’t understand what I said or just has no customer service skills.

This place is a dump. Trash strewn all over front. Broken ice machine manager doesn’t even know. Store is currently debt or credit only. Seems employees forgot to serve customers in lew of talking to each other. Don’t get me started on the bathroom.

For the last couple of weeks this QT has had issue with cleanliness and the availability of tea. Ever since a manager change back in October this QT has gone down quickly with trash on the premises and quality of service. Should bring back the last manager and give him a raise.

This QuickTrip location is an average QT convenience store and gas station. The staff is helpful and the products in the store live up to the good reputation of other QT locations. The pumps are up to date and easy to use. The staff was less than enthusiastic however, not rude.
