The PNC O'Fallon,MO has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any PNC branch. I have been there 3 times in 2 days to get a letter notarized. Even made an appointment, waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be told she's too busy. Why do you schedule appointments if you do not honor the time? When I finally got to speak to the notary she refused to notarize my letter with a smug unfriendly look on her face. UPS was more than happy to notarize my letter, with a smile and great customer service !!While I was waiting I heard 1 teller say I don't know more times than I could count . The other teller kept saying she was new and didn't know but directed people to drive to the Cottleville location. Why is this branch open? Would be better served as just an ATM. I'm sure the service would be much better ! The people who work at this branch are rude and not knowledgeable about banking . Do Not recommend! I will be finding a friendly knowledgeable bank in my community. Anything would be better than the service at this branch.

PNC is Worst bank ever I have seen. Online Transferring system is headache, continuously not recognizing pin number and blocking. To unblock need to call and wait several days for new pin to arrive on mail or step in local branch. I was in this branch already several times and banker was not professional at all. She was chewing gum it was almost falling out while talking. She was asking irrelevant and unprofessional questions like “what are you going to do with money that you withdraw, are you going to shopping”. Completely disappointed with the customer service, definitely going to close my account.

PNC and their operations are much to be desired. To even speak with a banker you must sign in on an app and then watch as the people behind you go in front of you then if you want a personal banker, you should probably be upfront and expect delays with what you need because due to the lack of empathy knowledge, and expertise at the locations I have been in- you will have to figure out what you need and do your own research.. I get it if you want to be impersonal and be an online banking company that is one thing to a branch and are expecting knowledge and experience and assistance, and do not receive it, it makes for a very upsetting situation. I myself do not care for the processes. I would not even recommend somebody. Try PNC Bank. I have had nothing but trouble. I will be closing my account and going to a local credit union.

Brittini usually greets us at the drive through or indoors. She’s always very kind and greets us. She’s very quick and usually helps us with deposits. Ryan Petot, branch manager helped us with business banking today. We were in a bind and he took the necessary time to care for our needs. We were having issues with an account and he went out of his way to help us. They are very kind and personable! Thank you!

Needed a side checking account for my wife and I but I was extremely disappointed how difficult PNC makes it to bank. Without direct deposit, you risk getting charged a monthly fee. What's worse is checks take several days to process and you have access to your money. Even after six months, it's three days before you can use the funds. And good luck closing the account, they make it difficult. I thought the previous review was just an isolated issue. They really make you jump through hoops. Choose another bank.

David and Michelle are outstanding. David saw me struggling at the ATM and offered to help. This is remarkable especially because the bank had just reached closing time. He exchanged an older $100 bill with a newer one so that it could be accepted by the machine. What's more, he assisted again when another deposit failed because of an expired debit card. He explained the best procedure for me to obtain a new card. What he did not know was that I was trying to take care of last minute errands before leaving town the next day, and his kindness and professionalism made life more bearable at that moment.Michelle (not sure if one L or two) phoned me to check up on how my business accounts were performing for me. Meanwhile, I am out of town and waiting for a larger deposit to drop into my personal account temporarily. I asked Michelle about the timing for a wire of funds and she happily accepted the shift in the call and assured me she would find out the answer and call me back. Shortly thereafter, Michelle called me back with the answer (better news than what I anticipated). Michelle's contact was another episode of excellent customer service. Even more to show her class & professionalism, I described my earlier experience at the ATM and she stated she would share with David my impression. 5-star performance at this PNC branch.

Worst bank ever. I tried to close my account and I was told there was an open dispute that I initiated. I asked when and they told me two years ago. So apparently I opened a dispute and it has not been resolved within two years??? Go somewhere else with your money. This place is a train wreck.

I have been banking with them for about 7 years. I have had issue after issue. Horrible banking for businesses. They give you the run around for weeks. Nothing is of the 21st century. You must own a fax machine or wait by mail to accomplish simple tasks. Often I have to either have to wait a few days for a meeting with the "business banker" because no one understands how to do anything business related, OR you get the run around and are told to call. When You call, they tell you to go into a branch. Repeat this process for up to 6 months just to change a phone number on file. Online banking does not allow you to immediately view your checks or statements online past 3 months old which makes accounting work and taxes EXTREMELY inconvenient. I have to go in for almost every need I have. It takes weeks to get a new account or to link a existing and sometimes you wait weeks and it doesn't happen at all and you have to go in and start the process again. They have had more new managers than I can count in the time I have been banking there which means they often are new and don't know how to help you or must be told repeatedly what you need. No one communicates with each other and causes headache if you are trying to run a business. Save yourself the headache. I have tried for years to make it work because pulling out my money seemed like a bigger stressor but now staying seems like it's costing me so much valuable time and resources.
