Was waiting to see how Plaza tire would handle my situation before my review. After 45 days and still nothing resolved I figured I would give it. We took our 2020 hyundai santa fe in for an oil change before we were leaving for Florida for vacation. After driving 11 hours my oil light came on then instantly every light came on. We were able to find a semi safe spot to pull over to see the whole ground turn black. I took off the skid plate to find my oil plug sitting on top of it. Guess they don't double check if they tighten them. My engine is toast, was stranded for 5 hours on the side of a hwy with my whole family in 99 degree heat. Then they told me they would get us a car to use and to get back home. 2 days later into my vacation and lots of calls the manager Mike told me we would have to figure out a car and way home from Florida on our own. We used all of the mo ey we had to do things on vacation and had to borrow some extra. Now there insurance company tells us we aren't entitled to any reimbursement for our time are lost vacation and they want to deduct money off the settlement for the new engine because they said we are now getting one with zero miles. I wad happy with the one with 50000 miles I didn't need a new one until they screwed it up. Do not go to this company if there is a mistake they will not care about you. Only their own pockets.

I have been going to this location for more than five years. Service has been on a steady decline. This time I made an appointment more than a week out to have two tires changed while I waited. When I showed up they said I would also be waiting on the truck to deliver the tires, so I left. I ended up taking a tire off to drop it off so they could work on it while I was away. It took them three days and a couple calls, where I was made to feel like a burden for checking on the progress to change the one tire. When I showed up the price was $40 more than I was quoted. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am not normally like that, but no need to continue giving someone several hundred dollars a year when they don’t want it.

They were extremely slow. I came up there to get a rim put on a tire and they said it would take an hour and a half but it ended up taking 3 hours. Very inconvenient.

Car is always done on time. They honor their coupons and tire protection plan. Good deals on three sets of good tires for my vehicles over the past number of years. No pressure sales.

All flushes were done swiftly in 1 morning /4 hrs , oil change request for old dirty oil filter return , not so much (got "discarded"), $35 shop supplies additional for windshield wiper fluid top off ????.
