Just went in to have a tire patched. I had to drop the tire off the night before. The next morning the district manager got me in and personally installed my tire, put the spare back where it belonged, checked all 4 tires, reset my tire pressure sensor and got me out the door. Fabulous service!!! Thank you.

Plaza Tire was fantastic!! Bryan the Manager could not have been more pleasant to work with. The service technologists new their stuff and must be well trained 4 new tires, balanced and checkout in an hour. Plus their was a $60 dollar mail in rebate which wasn't even aware of. Bryan filled out the paperwork for me. Would Recommend PLAZA TIRE 1000 NORTH MAIN OFALLON MISSOURI TO WHOEVER READS THIS. Thank you for spectacular customer service. Two years have passed and the service is better than ever. Bryan is still there which is a great indication as a great place to work. They fixed a nail in my tire, they also did an alignment. Once again thank you. December 12th 2022 I picked up nail in my passenger front tire. They took me in immediately. I asked could they rotate as well. Bryan said no problem an took care of that as well. AAA service at Plaza Tire. Will never go anywhere else. Today October 5th 2023 and bought new tires four months ago and needed a tire rotation. It was free. Found out I need a small repair on the right front and will be back in two weeks for an alignment. They are the absolute best. Honest, Dependable, they get the job done right. Had a major front end issue on December 26th and once again Brian and Plaza Tire to the rescue. They needed a part that arrived around 10:30 the fixed the front end, a four wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation and was out in 2 and 1/2 hours.

Today is July 30th 2024, from the above post you can tell I have become a Loyal Plaza Tire customer, and not only for tires. I trust Bryon the store manager and his staff. They are friendly, efficient, service oriented, and a fantastic value for the dollars my wife and I spend to keep our car in perfect shape. If you haven't tried, Plaza Tire on North Main in OFallon, you are probably not getting serviced properly. Thank you!!!

Hard to improve on perfection. Bryan the Service Manager and Shawn who also helped me today. They really give five star service. Thought they deserve Six Stars, but that isn't an option.
