I was running low on food so I decided to call to see if they had what I needed. Lanie was very helpful in finding me the perfect match of dog food for my puppy Dolan. I'll be buying all of my dog food/treats from here instead of the "big box" stores. It's also very close and convenient so I'll be using them for grooming as well

The entire staff was helpful and kind, then even helped me walk them out to the car as I was struggling to juggle both dogs at once. My pups hate getting brushed and get matted so easy, they helped explain some tips to care for their coats and did their best to keep them looking cute but removing the mats. Above and beyond my expectations!

It WAS AN EMERGENCY as far as my gag reflex was concerned. I JUST COULD NOT… Well, try finding a groomer with the ability to understand and get us in like an urgent care. Jamie is my girl! She’s good and honest and friendly she cares and she only hires staff with that same work ethic (shout out to Brandy our regular groomer). WE LOVE YOU and will never stray :)

I told them I wanted him short because we have a lot going on and I wanted something easy to maintain and they did a round face which turned out so cute. We love this cut on our poodle. I can tell they really paid close attention to detail, his nails, haircut looked great. Pictures don’t do justice. This cut is perfect! Thank you!

2301 Technology Dr #101, O'FallonBefore we moved out of state, Jessica and her entire team were the only people we trusted to take the best care of our fur-babies. We have also adopted 3 seniors from her (with a 4th being picked up shortly). She takes the tough cases - the ones that are on their last option. We live in Utah now and travel back to pick them up - because we know they take the best care of them and show them that an amazing life is possible.
We only ever boarded there, had them groomed there when we lived in MO. Add to that the fact that they are attached to possibly the best vet practice we have ever been to, and it's the perfect place.
You will never, ever meet a more dedicated, compassionate and caring team anywhere. They make you feel like family, and always take the best care of the ones you live to the moon and back. Can't wait to see you all in a week!!!!

We needed a trainer who would use positive reinforcement and NOT shock collars, etc. since our Corgi/Mini American Shepherd is scared of loud noises and even a training clicker. Jodi immediately knew the appropriate training approach and Jett flourished.
Jody is very thorough, starting off with a 1.5 hour evaluation session and then a detailed email with her plan for you and your dog. After each session she provided a thorough recap of the lesson, provided videos and explanations on the training material. She was very good to explain behaviors too so we understood why he was doing certain things.
I highly recommend Jody if you need help. I guarantee she will be able to provide the training and guidance for you to be successful. Please keep in mind this does take work on your end. I committed short training sessions with my dog on a daily basis for the most part. If you have a hard time staying focused and motivated, Jody can help you too. My ADHD is a constant hurdle and she helped me stay on task.

Today we had 18 of us and Mikaela again was fantastic! She is friendly, funny, super accommodating and brings all our delicious meals at the same time. Everything on the menu is fresh, hot, and reasonably priced. Whether a group or a few of us I am always happy we chose CJ’s!
