I come here all the time, specially to get the car wash to discount my gas prices. I went there 8/13/2024 at 2:11pm to get gas and get my car washed. Not only did the car wash not even wash it, no soap came out, it's scratched my 2020 Kia soul. I'm pretty pissed off about it, I take pride in my property and now I have a long a$$ scratch on my front passenger side door. I'd post a picture but it won't let me.

The store was very clean as well as the pumps outside. There is no trash or debris anywhere.Kaycee was a cashier and she was so very friendly !

This on the run is either hot or cold, but mostly cold. In the last four months I’ve come in at least 10 times and there’s no coffee available, and it’s 10 o’clock on a Sunday. This is ridiculous and not how you treat your customers.

It's a gas station, I don't expect much, but my God do not EVER buy a car wash here if you need to be anywhere within a reasonable amount of time. It's hands down the slowest machine to ever operate in the history of mankind. Worst part is once your in line, the geniuses that designed the parking lot managed to make it a single curbed lane so there is nowhere for you to go once you realize you're going to have to spend almost 30 minutes (not exaggerating, it takes almost 10 full minutes for this thing to wash a car) in line. There has to be something wrong.

I went to On the Run and bought 15 $1 scratch off tickes. Later that night, I came back to collect my winnings and to buy 16 more $1 scratch off tickets and get $21 put back on my credit card. I told the cashier that I wanted just that, 16 $1 scratch off ticket and $21 put back on my card. She seemed to understand my request and began to scratch off the barcodes at the bottom of the tickets to scan each ticket into the system. She scratched them all off and scanned them all except for one. This ticket she had scratched too hard and the system was unable to read the barcode. She unapologetically said that she was unable to give me anything back for this ticket. I told her which tickets I wanted from under the counter and she began to get them. A screen popped up saying to insert my card to get the $21 returned to my card. I inserted it, and removed the card when indicated. She gave me my 16 tickets and $5 in cash. Totaling to only $21, $16 short of what I was supposed to have recieved. I went back in the store to ask for a receipt, which wasnt offered before, and asked if any money had been placed back on my card and she said no. She said that she didn't know that I inserted my card when indicated, and I guess decided to just give me $5 in cash that I did not ask for. No apologies from the cashier at all. Her tone was rude throughout the entire transaction. Will not be returning.

The price on the sign is misleading..only if you get the carwash does the lower price apply. The music at the pump is ghetto and horrible..many times there are no reciept availiable at the pump.

Got a case of water, they're all sitting outside and there's bugs all over the case and even inside the plastic with the water bottles. So gross. I took pictures but there's no option to share that here.

Wow! I just stopped by there to get a soda and the attendant behind the desk was sitting on the floor behind the counter and told me that I couldn't make a purchase because he was counting down his till. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes, I could make my purchase then. Never again... not going back.

How about your employees do their job and fill the paper in the outside pumps?!! Every single time I come to this gas station I never get a receipt because the paper is never full I will never return back to this gas station again and I will tell everybody I know to avoid it.

My wife and I visit this location regularly because it is very close to our house. At one point, we were visiting every morning with the kids to get drinks on our way to daycare and work. The staff are always friendly and they try not to let the lines get long. The store is almost always quite clean and when it isn't, they are quick to get someone cleaning it. I've also seen them rush outside to assist people who need it without hesitation. Overall, this is a great location to stop, fuel up, and grab a quick snack or drink.
