Don’t use them. Showed up unprepared to move an 150 yo upright piano weighing 600+ lbs. Discussed piano size / weight when making reservation. He shows up with one other guy, a regular 2 wheel dolly and a cargo van to move the piano. No ramps or piano / furniture dolly to move it. Couldn’t even lift piano up more than a couple inches and no ramps to get into the van. Wasn’t comfortable with him moving it based on his lack of equipment and manpower. He stated I would get my deposit back as he left and now is stating it was non-refundable. At time of taking deposit, it was never stated as non-refundable. Used Ben’s Moving and Storage instead and they showed up with the right equipment, truck and manpower for the job. Piano moved with no issues.

I had a great experience with MOzart Moving Services. They moved a spinet piano from one house to another. They were pleasant and I would recommend them.

Do not book!! We scheduled with MOzart and they didn't show and didn't call to let us know they know weren't coming. We called and got no answer. Luckily, Sunrise Moving was able to squeeze us in their schedule same day and did an excellent job getting us into our new home!

I just recently moved and had this company move all of my heavy items. It is no exaggeration when I say they are by far the best moving company that I have ever watched work in my life, and not only do they work hard but their service is great as well.I give them a 10/10 as far as professionalism and gettin the job done!!!

I was on a tight schedule and stressed a bit about everything in my moving operation . I hired MOzart in Sep 2021 for a large truck unload including many heavy items and fragile items. I was very happy with the job they did and hired them for a second job a couple weeks later. Same great results. They were flexible and reliable. They worked fast, took the initiative to keep things moving while accommodating my direction as well whenever I needed something specific done. Good people.

Was quoted at a price once they came they came they came early called before to make sure I was available half an hour prior was able to get done faster than what was expected the job was quoted at a 2 hour job was able to get it done in an hour the price was less than what I was quoted not a problem ? recommend the services of them to any one the people are nice also overall great service and price.
