Tim was great! We went in for a little guy to try and find a bike. He graduated from a strider/balance bike.I thought he needed a 16”/18” wheel and with Tim’s help we determined he could fit a 20”. We got a Trek Precaliber and he loves it!

Both Tim and Dietrich are so easy to work with and super friendly. The tend to each customer uniquely and very polite to add. I bought my first electric bike and glad I visited the O'Fallon store for the purchase
