Two of the best Mobile mechanics with great work ethics and can-do attitudes set up above the rest are Aaron Ferguson and Danny Ratterman upholding and establishing a very high benchmark within TLG Peterbilt leading the way. Way to go, guys! Keep on making the truckin' experience excellent with reduced downtime. Nice work!!

I dont recommend to buy a truck from this place i bought 2023 peterbilt i had lot of issues came up under 250000 miles none of those got covered big thing is my clutch wore our only on 240000 miles they didn’t covered it and ac valve after 100000 miles they charged me $600 to fix, they put defected grill in had to waste my whole day to get it fixed i would never buy a truck from them better go to Rush Peterbilt honest people out there sorry to say that spending $2,50000 truck and doesn’t satisfy you.

Good place for parts and help with other info. The sauget location is nothing like this location. Always get an answer for questions, always accurate with parts and part location help

On a trip back from southern Missouri, my drivers side window shattered from opposing traffic kicking something up at it. I drove it back covered in glass and luckily it was a nice enough day that day to have the window open, but that night the temperature was going to drop and then start snowing. I called TLG Peterbilt here in O' Fallon and explained everything to them and that it was crucial that I get it replaced that night. Ken (the new guy) said he would talk to his shop foreman and see if they could work me in. He put me on hold, came back and said that'll be fine and to stop in whenever I get there.
Well what Ken failed to mention is that TLG Peterbilt won't even touch your truck unless you're in their system with accounts payable or whatever department handles it. Ken COULD have sent my company information to the correct department when I initially called and made it so it would've been a seamless process when I got there, but instead he sat on his hands and made it to where I drove there for nothing. I did at least buy the window there but because he failed to take the initiative and get my information sent over, he said that they couldn't get me in that night now because now the shop foreman was a different guy and now he was saying they don't have the time plus they won't touch my truck until it's cleared by the department that handles the new accounts. Because of his failings here and ineptitude at his job, he made it to where I had to go over to the TLG Peterbilt dealership in Sauget instead to get it fixed.
Keep in mind, I called at like 3:30 in the afternoon, the department for new accounts that needed my information entered was there till 5 and all of this could've been avoided. Because of that, avoid this place at all costs. Go a little further up the road to Sauget and they'll get you taken care of. The O' Fallon dealership is an embarrassment.

Hate throwing a 1star on a shop. I was a tech for years and know the struggles. But to have a scheduled routine service wait 12hrs after the appointment and still counting now is absolutely unacceptable by any standard.
The excuse that 2 techs called in only shows that you're for one down techs and two over scheduling for the amount you have. Which explains the lot being jam packed.
Hopefully things get better for this place as for me I hope to not come here again.

Every time one of our trucks go there, they keep adding things to the bill and sending new updated estimates for thousands more. There service department is criminal.....

Very unhappy with purchase of 4 trucks this year. ALL have had to be in for major service and down for minimum 4-6 weeks each time. HUGE revenue loss. So much for their Red Oval - even had to pay out of pocket for warranty repairs because mechanics were too lazy to look at warranty.

Not very informative. You want to know something, you gotta ask.
Not sure if anyone knows anything.
