Malcolm and Marc are the best in this business, hands down. If you’re looking to buy a Mercedes, regardless of what state you’re in, go to these guys. I’m in Texas and they made it so simple and seamless with the selection process, paperwork, and delivery and pickup of my trade-in. It seemed too good to be true, but it is! These guys are legit.

I had come from out of town to purchase a vehicle. Before driving to the dealership, Reed was transparent and honest from the start. He sent me any videos/pictures I requested. He ran through the numbers with me as well. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted outside the door with warm smiles. Reed and his team were kind enough to work with me on the price of the vehicle. He efficiently streamlined the process for me. I was there for a couple of hours for paperwork, but Reed was kind enough to give me space/time to eat and take care of myself as needed. Even after I returned home, I was in constant communication with Reed and his team. They provided me with all the necessary paperwork. Overall, I had a beyond-positive experience that exceeded my expectations of a dealership. I would trust going back here in the future and recommend this to all family/friends.

Recently purchased a pre owned Acura MDX for my Daughter and it was the most pleasant experience ever! Sales Manager Ronnie emailed me and worked out price and terms by email , Salesman Rich Pfuhl had a few small blemishes touched up for us and was very personable, Finance guy Chad Trulove was Awesome and did not try to pressure us into anything.

Helpful and friendly staff. I went in for a semi-emergency tire change and I was in and out in a timely manner. While I waited, Richard was there to answer all of my questions regarding the newer electric models. Thanks for the great service and updating me on my future services!

This place had my Sprinter sitting for over 3 weeks. Finally, Deanna left me a voicemail stating they would replace the communication module and this would get it up and running. They replaced it and it still didn’t run. I am out of $1,300. I drive up to the facility to discuss, and Ryan Main, the service manager looked at me with a smug smile and said “It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t run, you still have to pay for it”. On top of that, since they knew I was picking it up and was not satisfied with the service, they left the inside a total mess. Avoid this place! They don’t care about the customer, and run the shop in complete chaos. They don’t care because there are few Benz dealerships in the area.

Dear [Recipient],I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding the service I have received since purchasing my car. Specifically, I have been experiencing issues with the wipers hitting the frame on the driver side. Despite raising this concern multiple times, the issue has not been properly addressed. Additionally, I was recommended to change the tires, even though they have only been driven approximately 20k miles, whereas tires of the same size typically cover 40k miles.I must say that I am rather dissatisfied with the quality of the products that have been installed in my GLE 350. I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters and provide a resolution.

Customer service was great……kind of hard contacting my rep by phone but they would send me updates via text. They replaced a couple of sensors in my sprinter van, and after several days my check engine light went off. Glad to see that and thanks for doing a great job!

They had my Sprinter for almost 30 days. Made a decision to replace a part for $1,300 and STILL didn’t get the van running. Very rude and arrogant. Would never go back. Service manager claimed he didn’t know it was sitting that long. That is no excuse as he manages the place. In addition, they refused to talk to me over the phone as they preferred text as the best method. In addition, they left the inside of the van in shambles with wires hanging everywhere. This place is a joke. As of Dec. 17th, They have NOT been trying to get in contact with me as the response below states. The response is just to save face.

Would be nice if the Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield team would make sure all paper and plastic materials put into car to keep nice are removed before returning the vehicle back to the customer. The dealership supposedly sent the car through a wash, did not vacuum. Did not remove paper mats, etc. Hope the team actually did a service.

My experience at this dealership in the service department, with Abe was absolutely phenomenal. He took care of everything in a matter of time for what I was waiting for about 4 months till someone got back to me. I wish there was more people like Abe in the service department. For the sales department I would only give a one star rating, I was very unsatisfied with my experience with the sales man who helped me out. Thank you to Abe for the amazing experience in the service department!

Very professional and accommodating. Took care of us on an emergency basis when our RV's battery needed replacement. Have us a checklist at no charge of items for us to consider when we get home. So thoughtful.

I visited the dealership on Saturday. I was left waiting in the salesman’s office for an inordinate amount time. I was also told I couldn’t use my debit card to purchase the vehicle I was interested in. On Monday I went online and found out that I could buy said car with my card I just had to do it online. Why I wasn’t told this Saturday I have no idea. As I was going through the online process I found that you would deliver car. I was asked for a date and time and I chose Oct 3 at 12 PM knowing that I would be able to leave the courthouse at that time. I never received a call, text or email telling me that it wouldn’t be delivered. I reached out after waiting an hour to both your online message system and the salesman I had dealt with Saturday and did not receive an answer. I am very disappointed in the service I received and I will not be purchasing my next car from your dealerships. I should have checked reviews of your dealership before purchasing from you. Your google reviews, which I will be adding to, would have warned me away from you.

Working with Rich was a breath of fresh air. This was our first luxury car purchase so my wife had to test drive every car made by all of the luxury brands in the same class. When we shared this with Rich upfront he was honest about what he could and could not compete with. After test driving all vehicles my wife decided she wanted to move forward with the mercedez. We expressed to Rich what we needed to get this deal done and he went to work to get it done. It was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. If you are in the market for a mercedez and want to work with an honest salesperson give Rich a call.

New sales associate Tom was big on selling my wife a new suv and promised the moon then when we needed anything afterwards he seemed too busy to be bothered.Used car manager Jamie low balled the suv when we wanted to sell it back to them because we had nothing but maintenance nightmares with it since it was new.By the way when we bought the car Tom said any time you need to have your car worked on we will have a loaner but that was hardly ever the case.Now 30,000 miles later after the maintenance nightmares we had with their inferior product Jamie says they can give me $40,000 less than what I paid them for the car.Oh and the prepaid service we paid for won’t be refunded which was never mentioned during the sale.Jamie said he could give us $68,000 the first time I took the car up there I told him he could do better then after barely looking at the car he tells me the offer stands if I wanted to come back.Only when I went back he said $64,000 and that’s a great deal that I should take it.Took it to 2 other non Mercedes dealers and was offered $70,000.These people are not to be trustedBuyer be ware!!!After 2 weeks since I talked to Jamie he said he would look into getting my warranty refunded he still hasn’t returned my call.If you’re looking for a bunch of headaches you should give these jokers a shout.Otherwise I would recommend you take your hard earned money somewhere else and spend it.I have done nothing but tried to work with these people and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Obviously they didn’t want to work with me.Ended up selling the car to a non Mercedes dealership for more money and no drama.Kind of sad that that dealer was able to give me more than a “Mercedes dealership”Shame on Mercedes Benz of chesterfield!

Riley greeted me in the service drive and was very welcoming and kind. Morgan, the service advisor, was amazing and extremely helpful. The waiting room is very luxurious with numerous accommodations for guests. Overall wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield!
