When in service for a recall. Asked not to wash my car, which was detailed the day before the service. They washed my car. They checked my tire pressure in the tires. Lost or did not replaced a special ordered valve stem cap that I had purchased. There was a one inch deep scratch on the drivers side door. Which I am extremely pissed about. The answers to these issues were completely blazay from them. I am very disappointed with the quality of service in all aspects from this service department.

World class service. my sales person Reed was extremely helpful. I was in and out quickly. Loved everything about this experience. Thanks to finance as well. Chad did a great job. Highly recommend the dealership.

Do not do business with this place!! I bought a car from them sold it a month later, then began the 6+ month nightmare of trying to get my extended warranty and prepaid maintenance money refunded. The nightmare still continues and I get “it’s coming” or radio silence from them. Shame on you! Do the right thing!!

I had to take my vehicle in recently for scheduled maintenance. Deann took great care of me and made the whole process so smooth and effortless. She went out of her way to make sure a loaner car was available for me and my daughter so we wouldn't have to wait hours at the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to deal with. Again, this dealership goes above and beyond. You guys are the best!

I recently moved to St Charles, MO from Orange County, CA and found Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield. I have been really consistent having my E550 dealer serviced, and feel very comfortable with this dealership.
They were very thorough in checking me in and reviewing my service needs. I had a couple things (rear tires and alignment) that needed attention and we have an appointment to take care of this in a few weeks.
I’m looking forward to a continued relationship with MB-Chesterfield and hoping to keep my car on the road for many years to come, with their help.

I’ve tired to order a windshield from them for over 2 years. Always excuses as to why they don’t have it. They refused to sell a part to me because they said the whole component comes together. Low and be hold found it from another dealership.
Makes me want to sell my vehicle just so I don’t have to deal with Mercedes again
