“I have shopped at your stores for 25 years. Your staff is excellent. Since COVID I have noticed the quality of HB products has gone down. For example, boxer briefs and t-shirts. Stitching and drawstrings not good. I purchased Red Heat winter gloves. Ten minutes outside in the first snow I had to take them off. Cotton garden gloves were warmer. Puma socks, sizes 12>16. I wear a 12. They didn't fit. Too small. I realize that you don't make the products you sell but you are responsible for their quality. A suggestion is to ask your employees to test the products before you sell them.”

“Mom stopped in one day to check the place out, no one ever talked to her or anything. She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”
“I absolutely LOVE Suits 4 Men! My first time there I was looking for a sport coat and pants. Eduard was extremely friendly and helpful. It had been many years since I purchased my last sport coat and I was very interested in how the styles and fashion had changed. Eduard educated me on the style changes so I could get the exact look I wanted. The very first coat he showed me was perfect, exactly the look I was trying to achieve. And the icing on the cake was the price was much lower than I was expecting for such high quality.
After this wonderful experience I wasn't going anywhere else but Suits 4 Men and Eduard when I needed a new suit for an important event. Once again the very first suit Eduard showed me was exactly the look I had in mind. I then asked his help in selecting a tie. Eduard was very patient and offered me many choices. They have a wonderful selection. He laid the suit jacket on the counter along with a shirt tucked under and placed each tie under consideration with a nice knot so I could see exactly what the choice would look like. The combination he put together and recommended as the best choice was so elegant! I will now look my very best for my important event. Once again the price was a pleasant surprise as well.
The suit was ready the very next day with perfect alterations just like the Sport coat and pants had been the time before.

I’m from Italy, where prices are different and often less convenient, so I was excited to shop here and expected a bit more attention and assistance from the staff.
