Rich was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were set to buy online and only went in to look at mattresses in person. He answered our questions and made sure we knew he'd match pricing. We went back two days later specifically to buy from Rich.

My daughter and I were warmly greeted by Rich as soon as we walked in. I had a couple of mattress styles in mind, due to their sale, and he showed us a few more. He pointed out the differences in each one, and I eventually chose the Beauty rest PressureSmart 2.0. I'm very excited and can't wait to try it out. It was also on sale, which makes it even better!! The O’fallon store was the best store to work with, I live in wentzville and originally talked to a young lady there. She was super nice, life got in the way and I didn’t get back right away. When I went back the second time, it was someone else. Had a horrible experience and here is where the O’Fallon store picked up the pieces. My sales person was super helpful, showed me what I wanted and then showed me what I really needed. Purchased it same day and I’m extremely happy with the purchase, excited to receive it to my house and really get to enjoy it!
