I had a massage with Andrea yesterday & after explaining my shoulder issue, she suggested an upper body massage instead of my usual total body one. She really worked my shoulder over. It felt GREAT the rest of the day! She even gave me some stretching exercises to do twice daily & suggested I get in weekly to continue working on getting scar tissue broken up in that shoulder. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK…NEXT WEEK! I booked 5 more appointments! You can only rate on a 5 ⭐️ scale, but I’m giving Andrea 10 ⭐️ s!

Tara at the Winghaven location is Great! She listened to what i had to say and really worked on those specific areas in my neck and back. Most relaxing massage I have had. Thank you Tara!

The Team at the Ofallon Location is great and the atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing!
Desi is an Awesome massage therapist! He clearly loves what he does… helping clients relax and reduce muscle stress and tension. I especially appreciate that he listens attentively and tailors each massage accordingly. Desi, you’re the Best!

Jennifer is the best. I make sure that she is giving me my massage every month. I've received many massages in the best but she knows what she is doing. The knots in my back are finally feeling better. I feel so relaxed when I leave. I highly recommend Jennifer!
