Both the service and the care of the people in O'Fallon Motors are extremely top tier. They have amazing communicate, and work through every step of finding the right car, to making sure that it's right for you, that your financing is both reasonable and affordable for you. I can't stress it enough that O'Fallon Motors is the only dealer you need to shop from! Words alone doesn't do them justice.

Amazing service !!! I had a very complicated credit situation due to one of my other vehicles. Hakim and Lorinda worked magic to get me and my family the vehicle we wanted . They have excellent customer service ! And unlike other dealerships , they aren’t just trying to sell a car . They treated us like FAMILY . The process was efficient and not stressful at all . I would recommend them to anyone! I can’t thank them enough!!! We love our new Durango ?

If i could leave a 0 i would. Was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them and they indicated the car was clean and accident free and also provided their wanna be "carfax" report which indicated this. However after getting an actual carfax it was determined the vehicle had been in an accident that was "disableing". After showing this to him he said that the wreck was "back in 2018" and it was his neighbors car with 0 issues, then he left the facebook chat. Very shady.

I needed direction on where to go and who to trust! From the moment I met Lorinda I knew these people were honest and kind hearted people. They treated me like family from the moment I got there! The owner, Hakim Chettfour is professional, solid and is not a thief for your money! He’s honest, he cares, and he works for you and not just for himself!! He has a very good heart!
