I had a wonderful experience using Jim Trenary Chevrolet to help purchase our new Traverse for my family. My sales person Andrew, made the buying experience as streamlined as it comes. He made sure we were taken care of through the entire buying process. I definitely recommend using Jim Trenary Chevrolet for your new vehicle purchase and ask for Andrew one of the best. If not the best sales person I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle.

Overall sales experience was good, but this will probably be the last Chevrolet. That I ever buy the Ford dealership down. The road is offering lifetime powertrain, warranty, with their vehicles.That's nationwide, Standard with all of their vehicles. They say That they have a lifetime powertrain. Warranty here, but you have to have the service for the warranty. Done at this location exclusively. Took off work to have my oil changed had an appointment at 1pm after one and a half hours of waiting they didnt even have it on the service rack... why make appointments when they dont matter!?! I dont want a "canned" genneric responce from the (owner) I see the same response in all the. Reviews when you should be saying I'll look into the issue because plenty of the comments have given you enough detail to go off of. I moved the review up to a 3 star review Because of the response from the owner, not being a canned generic response

We had a great experience with our team at Jim Trenary. Our salesman Ryan was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful with deciding which vehicle to purchase. Most of all he was patient cause my wife and I wanted to look at and test drive quite a lot of vehicles. We look forward to many years with our new vehicle and when it comes time to get another new car I know exactly where I will be going.

Conducted an over-the-phone sale of a new truck. Ethan made the process efficient and quick at the advertised price. He also helped me with an additional discount for which I was eligible. Picking up and finishing paperwork at the dealership was also quick and painless.

I’d given them a “0” star but that was not an option. Recurrent issue the lack of timeliness and communication for service was awful. However, the sales department sent me an immediate email wanting to buy my truck and sell me a new one. “How about fix my truck 3 days at its scheduled appointment date/time.”
My previous experience for a simple oil change was the same.

If it has anything to do with money, follow up…. Often. They will drag things out and avoid refunds for months.
What they say and what they do, live on two different planets. Be careful.
The sales team was okay. We think the guy who moved my car out a hole in my seat with his bundle of keys in his back. When we reported it their response was, “oh that’s unfortunate”. That’s it. No solutions offered. Crickets. The place feels more like a use car dealer than a respectable place of business.
We just got a new diesel truck and went to a dealer hours away to avoid going to this place again.
