Went to Jackson Hewitt at Walmart in 2020 and he had my taxes done in like 15 minutes. Went there to sign and he said we owed $2700. Now mind you, we've never owed before. We paid him and paid the IRS. Skip to 2021 and had H & R Block do our taxes. Got back plenty. They said they could look over our 2020 if we wanted them to. Gave them my taxes and just found out that we should have gotten a $800 refund. Jackson Hewitt never added my daughter on my tax form. So I was out $2700 and should have gotten a $800 refund. Looks like they will NEVER get my business again.

Chris Forsythe was great! Very knowledgeable and funny. He helped me with my taxes and the taxes of my dad who passed last year. He was great and I will definitely use him for my taxes again next year.
