Friendly, clean and fairly busy. Our first visit to Hit Squad O'Fallon was a positive one. We liked the variery of classes and appreciated everyones willingness to talk openly. Excited to go back later in the week.

Just went to my first class here and it was great. The staff was all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me and allowed me the time I needed whenever I started to get worn out. Definitely going to continue going and pushing myself to get in better shape and learn how to fight.

Amazing workout! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean gym. They have a punch card system that works GREAT for those who can only make it once a week! Your first week is FREE so give it a try!
