I am in the area visiting family. I love to hit up thrifts stores while in a new town, if you like to shop thrift stores, Grace's should be on your list! Great selection of home decor. I would guess that most was from previous home staging gigs. They have them set up in lil collections, easy to shop and prices are great. They have a lot of clothing and accessories (I did not shop these areas). I picked up some candle sticks. Defiantly would go back next time I'm in the area.

yesterday I shopped and was given the ugliest service by checkout boy. never had any bad experience at graces for all the years I've gone there. I wanted a toy camper and saw all Christmas was $1.00. When I checked out i told him about sign. He said loudly I don't care about any sign you are paying 15.95. He gave me his wrong name So I couldn't tell. Miss Dawn was no help.

Been here many time 30 minutes to closing bc that is when I'm in the area. They turn off music everytime 15 mins before closing and announce every 5 minutes that they are about to close (and I'm always one of a couple people in the entire store). Seems aggressive and as if they don't want customers in there at all. They are way more interested in leaving in time! Won't go back.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Myself and my mom have gone on 3 separate occasions (to sell or buy) and they have been rude every time. When selling, their stipulations are not all online making it impossible to sell without making multiple trips home and back to the store. To Goodwill I go.

I have been shopping here for years and always look forward to coming and seeing what clothes I can find. I did try on several items of clothing in their dressing room. As I was doing that I was thinking of myself how dirty and disgusting the place is, dead bugs on the floor and just extremely run down. Staff is not friendly at all.

I took a trunk full of clothes that were onĺy worn a few times because I retired right after they were purchased. I also took in jewelry, purses, shoes and a mother ofthe bride dress. I checked a month later to find out what sold and was told nothing did. A couple of weeks later I went to the store. Not one thing was there. I was told to check the sale room. There was nothing. Then I was told they were probably donated because they were there too long. 6 weeks??? I just checked two weeks before that. I will NEVER take in another thing to Grace's. Thieves!

This is a consignment store. So you can sell your things or shop. Graces does not itemize anything you bring in ...in fact they tell you you will not see your things again so if you want it back don't leave it. It use to be that things that didn't sell would be donated to a charity or church organization. That has changed due to they no longer do pick ups. The shopping center has parking lot has 4or five donation containers yet several times have seen her dumpster full of clothes she is throwing away. How do cosigner's know how much things sold for how do they determine what you r owed. Fun to shop not so good to take your your items to especially high end items cause don't know if they were sold or dumped in trash.

First..I absolutely love Grace's! Its clean and organized and a wonderful selection of everything. 99.9% of the staff is just wonderful, kind and helpful. However the young lady working the counter tonight around 4:30 was rude and snappy and shouldn't be working with the public. She acted as if the customers were a bother to her.
