This store has the absolute WORST customer service. I went in and picked-out some wood that I needed cut. An associate did a store wide page to get someone to come back to help me. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the front of the store and asked a different person to help me. He got on the phone and called a guy from the lumber department. I went back and waited an additional 10 minutes. No one showed-up. I went back up and told the associate to tell the lumber department to forget it. The man said, "No one came back there yet?" I said, "No and I'm tired of waiting. I'm going to go somewhere else." Then, this total j*** said to me and I quote, "I sell saws if you want one." The guy was a complete a****** and if I was the manager of the store, I would fire him on the spot. But, I doubt anything will happen to him. Just save yourself the aggravation and shop somewhere else.

Purchased washer/dryer tower. Good price. Man in appliances was nice and helpful. Now for the bad. I can't get my washer/dryer! Delivery company has cancel on me 3 time!! I even asked if I could just pick up myself. Told NO. When ever I call... I get the run around and told "all they can do is reschedule in two more weeks." It has been a month!!!

We bought blinds from the O'Fallon store and chose to have them installed by Home Depot. When the installer opened one of the boxes, 7 of the slats were broken. He said he would report it, and get them reordered. It's been almost 2 months and no word of what's going on, despite multiple calls to the number they supplied. Now we have blinds that look worse than the ones they replaced.

We are in the process of refurbishing our home. I'm at Home Depot at least once a day. They are so helpful and kind and patient.

I was incredibly disappointed in my experience with Home Depot customer service. I purchased a outdoor patio set to be delivered and assembled. Due to poor communication we were unaware that the patio set would not come assembled and a third party vendor would assemble it after it was delivered. When we recieved the call that our order was out for delivery we inquired about the assembly to which the driver responded that they would not be doing that just delivery, they did not have instructions to assemble. We at that point questioned this as we believed this to be wrong. Once we figured out the third party portion we called back the delivery driver (within 10 minutes of original call) but he had already canceled our delivery and advised that we call HOme Depot customer service. I called customer service who stated “the driver can reschedule call them back” I clarified because they had directed me to HD customer service. She said “well if I call them I’ll tell them the same thing you will so you should call” she also didn’t seem to know who the delivery company was they contracted as she asked multiple times if they game me a company name. I called the driver who once again told me there was nothing he could do as he already spoke with his supervisor who advised him to tell me to call HD customer service. I again called HD customer service who advised me to call the delivery company… again! At this point I was frustrated and asked for my order to be cancelled, the male rep responded “that seems like a radical solution to an easy problem… you just don’t want to call customer service?” I can’t help but wonder if I was a man if this same sentiment would be offered. I once again asked for a refund and was met with silence and then the same phrase as above. After a third ask my order was canceled. When I asked if I would receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation, he stated “I’m not sure” Extremely disappointed in my experience.

I went to this home depot a few moments ago. waited 20 minutes to have some one cut rope so I could pay $2.20 instead of$9.98. No cashiers. Self check out only and no one sanitizing anything. I paid $60 for this? zero stars.

Today I ran into the store, which was proving masks for people who didn't have them :) I was looking for one item and Peggy W. was helpful and took me right to the item! I was able to social distance, self check out and get in and out quickly with Peggy's help keeping me safe. I love how well this company is doing to protect the safety of the community.

Never again! Was here for a quick couple of things on Saturday about Noon. Went to get a gallon of 50/50 fuel mix and the aisle was blocked off. 2 employees on the other end of the aisle stood there for at least 5 mins looking at me. I finally walked around to the other end of the aisle to ask them if I could quickly grab what I needed. They said I would have to wait. I said back to them that I would just go to Lowes then. The reply I got was......"OK". Not returning. EVER

We ordered cabinets online and had issues with Im assuming there online ordering staff. The cabinets were suppose to come to the store but never arrived and when we tried to look up the order it had been deleted. So we had to start from scratch and reorder everything l.
