I PAID FOR A BUNCH OF AMIIBO PREORDERS IN FULL AND THEY DIDN'T CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE THERE FOR PICKUP (this location has done so previously) AND NOW THEY'VE SOLD THEM AND I CANT GET THEMthe store manager or manager on duty tried telling me and i quote "don't be upset its not a big deal"then when i asked for the market managers number he told me to call corporate and corporate is telling me "lol we can't do anything that's a store problem, so we can send a complaint to the district manager for you and maybe you'll get your items or maybe you'll just get a refund"

This place is working towards the way of the Dodo bird. Always trying to sell you there pass, used prices 98% of new games. Honestly if it wasn’t for the “gotta have it now” feeling I would have went to Walmart.

Came in with the kids after the wife had to visit a neighboring store. This store is small, with not a lot to offer, while also having everything "used" priced only a couple dollars cheaper than buying brand new. No public restrooms so when my 5 year old had to go potty, we had to leave. Which was a good thing because we decided to leave without buying anything.

This store is HORRIBLE I purchased a PS4 online, go to the store to pickup 5 days later for them to tell me it was already picked up, and I never came or picked it up, the employee said she was new and started crying because she didnt know how to help me and here it is over a week later i still have no refund or merchandise, they dont even have a store manager he apparently is covering a game stop in crystal city. my first time dealing with Gamestop!!!

Drove all the way out, over 45 minute drive, to pick up my order because they were the only store that had it, and they told me someone stole it. They straight up lied to me because I saw the employee with my product. Super disappointed and angry.

Do not pre order anything from GameStop. First look at BBB on their substandard service in regards to thier preorders. I preordered an item from GameStop over 1 year ago and was released on October 1st. I have called every week since it release. They don't know where it is, when it will arrive and they tell me call corporate. Corporate tells me that their district manager will call me within 3 days (over 14 days ago). Long story short, if they don't have it in the store, order it somewhere else.

I want to leave a better review but I can’t. The store worker is really friendly but as a store… it’s going down hill fast. Hours are 12-8 now and I showed up at 3… only for another paper sign to say “at lunch be back 3:30”. If the store is opening at 12 (lunch time) why close the store for lunch in the middle of the afternoon? Seems like laziness honestly. I know everyone is short staffed so they say, but taking a lunch when the store doesn’t open until lunch anyway seems lazy. The little business they are getting can’t even shop during their sharpie written hours because they lock the doors for their lunch break. Hate to say it, but I don’t see game stop sticking around much longer with online businesses and digital games becoming the norm. Hadn’t been to GameStop in a while and probably won’t be returning

There's always a weird, lonely man-beast hanging around near the counter attempting to strike up game related conversation that casually leads to more personal topics. This one was pretending to be interested in the various sale items as I cautiously approached the counter. I could see her chubby little sausage fingers gripping a few games I was secretly looking for, but I dare not strike up a conversation with the GameStop Fiona.Great prices and wonderful selection. Friendly and knowledgeable service!
