I bought a 2019 Honda CRV from Frank Leta Honda on April 28, 2023.It has been a horrible experience from the beginning.First, when I went to look at the car, I noticed white paint and a dent on the side door. The car had already been through the certified preowned inspection, and that was not noted. I had to wait a few weeks for that to be fixed. Then, there was a problem with me getting the title and I had to call the dealership several times to finally be able to pick up the title. It took so long, that Frank Leta Honda had to issue me a check to pay the late fee so I could go to the DMV and pay the sales tax.In addition, when I got the car home, the foot motion was not working for the hatch to open. I took my car in for it to be fixed and was told that there wasn't even the needed part installed on the car for that to even operate. It was included in the price of the car, but the part wasn't there and they had to order it. This took weeks for the part to come in.Once the part came in and they fixed the hatch, I brought the car home and the hatch still wouldn't open. It was like it was sticking or something.When I went for the oil change today I mentioned how it seems like something is sticking and the hatch won't work. The service man told me it was because I spilled soda or something sticky in the back. I have never had food or drink out in that area and nothing that I have ever had in the trunk has spilled or leaked. It is my guess that when Frank Leta fixed the hatch somebody there was drinking something and spilled it, which left the sticky residue. The service man told me I should just use dawn liquid soap and clean up the sticky residue myself. I asked him why they couldn't clean it up if it was so easy and he said it would have to go to the detail department and who knows how long it would take. Not a great response to give to a customer! When I bought the car, I was told that I had two free oil changes and free car washes for the lifetime of the car. I told the service man today that I was going to use my first free oil change and he said that there's nothing in the records that indicated that I was to get a free oil change.The employee who sold me the car does not work at Frank Leta anymore. I still have his phone number and I texted him in front of the service man and then showed the serviceman the employee's response, which was that yes, I was to receive two free oil changes. Even after the service man saw the employee's response that I was to receive two free oil changes, the service man would not honor it.When I received the text message that my car was ready I noticed that they were recommending I get all four new tires. The car only had 19,000 miles on it when I bought it and I only put 14,000 miles on it. I don't understand how a certified preowned car could be sold to me when the tires were in that bad of condition. I was very concerned as I had an eight hour trip the next day and felt under pressure to purchase the new tires.Finally, the service man said he would give me a discount but there is nothing on the receipt to indicate that I received a discount. All in all, my experience has not been good. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and I am not happy.I would not recommend Frank Leta Honda to anyone else!

Everyone at Frank Leta was fantastic! I spoke with 40+ dealers during my search for an FL5 Type-R, and they were easily the best. They were up front and fair with their pricing, stuck to their word throughout, and really cared about me beyond the deal itself.I've spoken with almost every Honda dealer in the entire Midwest, and they were #1. In 2021 I traded my rusted piece of junk Chevy and bought my Honda CRV EX-L from Frank Leta Honda and just fell in love with it. Due to an excellent first time buyer experience, I came back in 2023 unsure if I wanted to trade, just looking around. Ryan was straightforward explaining everything if I wanted to trade, and made me a great offer on my 2016 Honda.I just bought a new 2024 Honda CRV EX-L from Ryan Pennington! My new Honda was on order and Ryan kept me updated. The staff is amazing and friendly! I always feel at ease walking into their offices. There is never a hassle. Kyler is amazing! He helped me feel 100% satisfied with my new car. He even let me have an extended test drive to insure this is the car I wanted. Kyler was able to answer ever question I had about the car, prices and found me the best deal. Everyone here at Frank Leta is nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend Frank Leta to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle. I know I will be back for all of my services needs.

I had an excellent experience in Frank Leta Honda buying a new car, Zach Lawhead was pleasant and so helpful and explained everything about my car and what was the selling price. He went above and beyond and helpful, he made the process smoothly. I was so satisfied. I highly recommend. Great service and they know their stuff.

I had a great experience especially it being my first time going to a dealership I will say Steve Wallace made things easy to figure out! Very patient with the process and very helpful! Very positive in the whole experience! I also wanted to thank ,Jacob Fuller, I believe is his name, in the finance department for assisting as well in helping me figure out the best course of action on the financial side! They both helped me achieve getting a car and if anyone is looking for a car and needs a team that can provide knowledge and detail of any car and give a welcoming experience, I would definitely go to them! I have had the most unprofessional experience with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle in June and started calling them and leaving messages for them to call me back about the title to the vehicle. They do not return calls and when I called on Aug 11th I spoke to a Kyler and he advised me that the duplicate title was ordered on Aug 1st and it would be about 4 weeks to come in. When I called today, because I do not trust what I'm being told at this point, Malachi told me that the title was ordered on Aug 11th, the day that I spoke to Kyler. I was lied to by Kyler. Malachi said it would be a couple more weeks til it comes in. I am highly disappointed in this company as I assumed it was a reputable company that took pride in how they conduct business. I also called and left a message with manager Matt Prater and have not received a call back from him either.

It feels bittersweet to say goodbye to my Odyssey. We bought it 10 years ago when I was pregnant with Wes and it’s been through many family vacations, kids sports outings, and so much more. Now I’ll be parking far away from other cars and trying to figure out the new features! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Elyse and Devin at Frank Leta Honda. Went to St Louis to look for my daughter a car. Had all the dealerships and cars mapped out. As we were driving to the first dealership we drove by Frank Leta's car delaership. I didn't have any cars there mapped out, but we decided to stop in and see if they had any potentials. We found a Honda CRV that my daugter liked. Zach met us in the lot and got us the keys for a test drive. We left to check out others and made it to one other dealership. Had lunch and went back and bought the CRV. Zach did a great job dealing with me, a 29 year sales veteran and even got my car washed before we left! Very happy with our experience her. Make sure you ask for ZACH LAWHEAD!

In August 2023, I purchased a new 2023 Honda Odyssey van from Frank Leta Honda. Ryan Pennington was my saleman, who kept me informed and up to date on van status. He made my car shopping and waiting for the van to be built, shipped, and delivered a good experience. I received a fair trade-in value for my car, and I continued to drive my car until the van arrived. Pick up day was easy and seamless as Ryan and Demarcus Brown were there to answer every question, run through a quick tutorial on usage, and help me find all the miscellaneous stuff I overlooked in my car. Kudos to Ryan and Demarcus, who provided a great customer experience.I would definitely, 100%, buy from Ryan and Frank Leta Honda again.

I just wanted to let you know that your team did an outstanding job. I am very happy with my purchase. I have been shopping for a van for about a month. I was set at ease with the 3000 mile warranty and the fact the sales people wanted my business and was willing to come down in price to get it. Also, it did take a while to get all the paperwork complete, but my family was happy with the snacks. We felt right at home. Also, I liked that the sales person Ryan. He did the business in an open space which showed that he had nothing to hide. Overall, great experience and I will come back for future needs.

Excellent experience! I am now Leta for life!I previously went to three prior Honda dealers. One, I waited in the hot parking lot for 30 minutes for a sales person. No one ever came out, so we left. The other two took my info, said they would contact me when a hybrid CRV became available. Never heard a peep.A friend suggested Leta. And he sure was right!Steve Wallace was excellent! He was very patient, fair and courteous. My new car did have to be built. But Steve sent me regular updates with status. All expectations he laid out were met. Took delivery of my car today and couldn’t be happier.
