I always go to Fleet Feet to get my running shoes. They always do a foot analysis and make sure the shoe is a good fit. Love their return policy.

Fleet Feet staff were very polite, professional and super helpful. The lady who assisted me did a scan of my feet and evaluated my gait and the pressure areas of my feet when I walked.
She informed me that my gait is pretty good and even actually and that one foot is slightly larger than the order. I was not aware if that. This information helped us to choose the best shoe to fit my feet.
The computer program she used even recommended the best style and size for my feet.
I’m so happy with my new Hokas! Thank you!

Great store! We had used a similar store when we lived I. Colorado, but Fleet Feet was better! The team member we we worked with made the whole experience fun! Plan to use them next time I’m looking for running shoes or inserts.

Went for foot scan & gait tracking. It was very busy, but they had a person at the door to greet you and let you know probable wait time. I was told 10 minutes, but it was under 5 minutes. The data gathering was quick & easy. The written report was thorough & reviewed with you. It provides information you would not have, otherwise.
Service was not rushed, completely personalized to your needs & goals. Ordered inserts & walked out with comfy, supportive slip-ons to wear in the house. Will get another to wear outside & some tennis shoes, if which there are a wide selection.

My husband and I visited the O'Fallon store and had the absolute best experience. This was my husband's first time in Fleet Feet and he was blown away. The lady helping us was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great experience getting a new pair of shoes. Very knowledgeable staff and quick personal service. No sitting around waiting for the next person to get me a shoe to try on. Salesperson stayed with me from beginning to end and no pressure to choose one shoe or the other. Good place to go if you have questions and want to get them answered quickly.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a shoe store. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Taegan. She helped me figure out what I needed with a smile on her face. She was a HUGE help!!! I walked out with everything I needed and I feel better than ever! Definitely recommend this store!
