This place really really sucks,I paid extra money so that me package would get delivered with in 2/3 days and yet it's been more than a week .I've even sent emails to customs and all they do is keep telling me the same story over and over ,so if I was y'all I'd stop using FedEx

I worked with Katie and printed everything here for my wedding and it all turned out so great! She handled confusing orders with patience and got everything printed quickly.

I was trying to ship a firearm back to get repaired and the manager on duty refused to take the box because it has a dangerous label on the box (its a firearm what do you expect). I was told I need to go 18miles out of my way to get my package shipped..I have sent multiple firearms through this location with no issue til today.

Was just in this store, and after trying to use their self serve machine (broken apparently) (no signage to alert) the staff couldn't have been ruder if they tried. I guess to "make a point" I was stared at for 10 minutes while they stared at Facebook. Sorry I needed assistance.

This FedEx location LOST my package. It said it never left the St.Peters area. So I asked the manager MELSA to look into it ,after looking into it she said I don't Know. Sorry, Just thought that maybe someone in this store was competent. Not only did this cost me a lot of money, but It also just cost me future business with this company. So again, I would like to thank the competent team at this location for helping me lose my package and to the very helpful Manager that could not do anything.

Kudos to Maria. Great customer service. Been there 2 times. First time just to sent a parcel and to take printouts.They helped me with required info. Second time went there to take passport photo for my 1.5 year old daughter.Initially We tried with multiple Walgreens branches. Walgreen did not have proper setup for a passport photo background for toddlers.Finally we tried with fedex highway k. They are very helpful. Maria patiently handled my daughter to take photo. Even though photo service is not fedex main service, still their team helping the customers in all the way they can. Definitely recommend fedex to my friends. Thanks.

What can I say, Maria was A-MA-ZING!! I’ve been trying to print 2 sheets for nearly 30mins and I walked into FedEx and was greeted immediately, the self-serve printers were occupied and then there were 3 people in front of me yet I only waited 2mins in and out with no problems! Maria was Friendly, Efficient and Very Sweet, she definitely deserves a raise!! Thank You Maria you made my day much better!

Name and shame. The truck with id code 24343 obstructed the road and almost caused several accidents for over 4 miles on 64/40 at 12:04 pm on 6/14/2021. Called 1800 goFedEx waited on hold for 18 minutes spoke to Jameth who disconnected from the call once attempted to make a complaint. I will take this post down when I am contacted by corporate. So if this post is still up. We know how good the customer service team is too. Also customer relationships shouldn't deteriorate until I have to post on Yelp should it? Answer your calls fed ex.

The computers are Extremely Slow/outdated, they had chrome or Internet Explorer (not edge), it took over 20 seconds Just to load the home page. and they have strict filters I couldn't access the setting nor The Website I needed to I even tried both browsers. 0/5 Stars I feel scammed, it cost 4 dollars for the privilege of wasting time trying to use thier computers.The lady should've told me they were slow to the point of uselessness.
