I have had two occasions to visit the O’Fallon Fedex Office (store) on Hwy K in O’Fallon MO this month. Each time, I was assisted by a service professional named Donte. Not only was Donte extremely helpful and competent, but he was both personable and respectful. This service, coupled with the wide array of services available, makes this my “go to” place for shipping, packing, reproduction, electronic transmission etc. Side note: Another customer overheard me complementing the service and mentioned to me that he had experienced the same great service numerous times at this Fedex location. Obviously, someone is doing something right there. Thank you!

Came in to mail my extremely important Green Card application. We were welcomed by a very competent and patient young lady on May 9th, 2025 in the afternoon.
Initially we protested the price that was quoted to us for overnight shipping. But it turns out that it was our mistake as we had entered the wrong shipping address on the website. The lady at the desk was indeed right despite our polite protest.
She deserves to be commanded for her calm and professionalism during this interaction, whoever she is. (I unfortunately didn’t take down her name.) She provided us with amazing service, full information and detailed tracking instructions despite our initial disagreement.
10/10, will definitely use their services again, and strongly recommend.

This place really really sucks,I paid extra money so that me package would get delivered with in 2/3 days and yet it's been more than a week .I've even sent emails to customs and all they do is keep telling me the same story over and over ,so if I was y'all I'd stop using FedEx
