I am so impressed with the team at Elmer Collision. My car had tens of thousands of dollars in hail damage, and as a result they needed to keep my car for about 3 weeks. The office staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, calling me every few days to give me an update. They worked directly with my insurance company to get it paid for, so all I had to pay them was my deductible.I also had a couple of really bad door dings that were not covered by the hail claim. I actually called them and said, "Hey, would you mind giving me a quote for what it'll cost to get those fixed while you have the vehicle?" She called me back once she'd had a chance to talk to the shop guys and said, "He said it was bugging him so he did his best to get them fixed, but they are on a crease so it isn't perfect." I was so appreciative that they had done that at no charge, I of course didn't mind. Flash forward to this morning, I picked up my car and let me tell you, you can't tell that those door dings were ever there. They also fixed a chip in my windshield that I got AFTER the hail estimate.I think the people repairing the cars are so committed to giving you a car that is fully restored that they couldn't stand to leave an imperfection if they can help it.I am beyond grateful to the folks at Elmer Collision for making this process so easy. I am so pleased with the quality of work and I will 100% be recommending them to anyone I know that needs auto body work done.

I had my car repaired here after it was damaged by hail. Elmer’s did an excellent job and returned my car like it was brand new again. Rose also made sure that I had everything I needed and answered any questions that I had.

I had my vehicle repaired here after another driver hit me, and their insurance would cover it. The team at Elmer gave great service from beginning to end, did all the work with the insurance company and car rental company, kept me very well informed, and surprised me by returning my car totally clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend them.

Elmer's collision does such beautiful and pristine work on any vehicle they get. My escape was just in there and it came out absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a company to work on your car I would go nowhere else but Elmer's collision. Everyone here treats you like family, very warm feelings I give this company 5 stars plus. Thank you for the awesome job on my car!!!!

If anyone needs an auto body shop I recommend Elmer Collision. They did an excellent repair. When I saw my car I cried. They made it look like it was new. Their staff are the best. From the front desk to the repair shop. They were so understanding, polite and they kept me updated. This is definitely the place to go. Thanks for the excellent service.Services: Painting

Over the course of the past 2 years, we have had to use Elmer’s more than we would like. Although the staff is amazing, we would much rather admire them from afar.They have been amazing each and every time we have been in. I have nothing negative to say about any of their employees, they are always very friendly and informative. I have always been kept up to date with what is going on with my vehicles, they set realistic timeframes, and most importantly they do fantastic work!

I've had three vehicles in over the course of two years for varying degrees of body repairs. Always excellent service and quality. They go out of their way to stay in touch with the progress status. They help coordinate rentals for you. I'd take my vehicles nowhere else.

These folks did great work on my older car. Great colour matching. When the dealer sent the wrong headlight bucket they called the dealer back and got the right one sent right out. Took an extra day but what great customer service. They also coordinated with the car rental place to have the car waiting for me at the shop. Nice!Services: Painting
