Danielle you are awesome. I hope this review and feedback does not go un noticed. I give credit where it’s due, and I forgot how nice it was to have great customer service. I could tell the pharmacy is busy, there is a sign that says they are short staffed, so I’m prepared for maybe long times, or just someone who might be over worked. But that was not the case! I was greeted super fast, and just overall 10/10. It was a very pleasant interaction. Danielle got our meds super quick, super friendly, even helped to save me money! My wallet and myself are happy about that. She was like a super hero. She even gave my kiddos some cute little pop it’s and kept them content while she gathered the meds. This lady I wish worked everywhere because it make errands a little easier and little more pleasant. Thanks again Danielle!!!!!

With a company wide short staffing issue, they are still very timely in my opinion. They always answer any questions I may have, and are always kind to me.People are very quick to post about bad experiences, but never good ones (which is sad). I have never had any issues at the pharmacy that most individuals are upset about.

The most awful experience. Use any other pharmacy if possible. The customer service is non existent. I switched to Walgreens. Walgreens had my script filled within 40 minutes. They were on hold with CVS, for 30 of those minutes. CVS hung up on them at some point during that hold as well.

It took 23 minutes to pick up 1 prescription,I spent 10 minutes in the drive thru, then I went in, and it took another 13 minutes to get it. Poor service, bad attitudes! That's why I switched to Walgreens, and it took them 3 minutes!

This pharmacy is the WORST! The drive thru will close at any given moment, they are always short staffed and if you try to call the wait is very long!

I am so sick of this pharmacy. They are the closest pharmacy to my home but constantly have an excuse for why my prescription isn’t ready. The vault is broken, the locksmith didn’t show up, my manufacturer’s coupon that works everywhere else doesn’t work, the pharmacist is on lunch, there’s no more refills (why did you text me and tell me it was ready then?), etc. not to mention some of these women are downright hateful. My dog takes seizure medication and it is administered 3x a day. If he misses a dose it actually INCREASES the likelihood of him having a seizure that could result in death. The past two times I requested a refill well in advance and when I went to pick it up they told me there was no more refills. Why did you not call me?! He then had to go without over the weekend before I could get ahold of my vet to send over the script again! My husband literally commented to the pharmacy tech, “I hope my dog doesn’t die”. This is absurd. Then today they refused to accept my visa gift card but thankfully the pharmacist seems to have sense and requested help to accept it as a form of payment. I also did speak to a pharmacy tech yesterday who WAS helpful and friendly which was the first good experience I’ve ever had at this particular location. I think the pharmacist and the lady I spoke to yesterday may be the only competent people on staff and perhaps the person who answered the phone yesterday was a new hire because in general, the staff at this location are downright mean. Not rude. MEAN. Uncaring, unbothered, and completely monotone. I am not sure why so many people on staff here seem to be so completely miserable but a serious overhaul is needed. I really hope that my last couple experiences are reflective of a change of staff and attitude bc the lack of care from some of these techs is absolutely wrong. There are people getting prescriptions for end of life care and other major health crises. The lack of concern the staff shows is completely unacceptable. I am baffled why people who are so uncaring would place themselves in the healthcare field but ladies… please, for all our sakes, go into collections or something! I am fed up with this place. If you value your time or your health, go somewhere else to get your medications. This place needs a serious overhaul.

What is the point of being given a raincheck if none of the employees know how to cash them in, call a manager, and the manager refuses to take them because the employees who wrote them did it wrong? How is that my fault? And I'm made to wait a ridiculous amount of time while you call ANOTHER manager? Does anybody know what they are doing at this store? Ridiculous!

If you have a prescription on back order they will only keep it on order for 1 week then expect the customer to know this and to make sure they do their job and keep it ordered. This is the worst location and frankly should be closed. If my insurance had not forced us to use cvs I would go back to walgreens!

Walked in to grab milk for my child and not a single person was around. I walked down to where the milk was and then there was two workers in the phone and never looked up. Then they continued to look on their phone while I rang myself in. Then the worker came around the corner to watch me check myself out. Most unfriendly workers ever.

Not sure how many terrible reviews have to be posted until something changes here... Literally everyone is rude, everything is overpriced, and the ups drop sucks... The entire building is a waste of space.

Pharmacy tech extremely rude. She hung up on me after I asked her more questions about whether my sons medicine was covered. I asked her name and she in turn hung up on me. Extremely unpleasant experience. They should be ashamed.

This pharmacy is so ridiculous. Everytime I go it's a bad experience.Today I called ahead to check on a prescription and the girl answers the phone with food in her mouth! Who does that! They are slow, rude and unorganized. I'm done never going back.

Do not sign up for CarePass here! They put someone else's name on my account when I signed up last summer and the corporate office won't cancel my account because I can't give them a name of the person who is on it. It's not me or my husband, the only people on the account. I have to have my debit card destroyed and a new one issued to end the charges. Absolutely displeased with the service and would ask for the employee who did it to be reprimanded if I had their information.
