I don’t even know why they have phones, they never pick them up. Currently on hold for >45 minutes.

With a company wide short staffing issue, they are still very timely in my opinion. They always answer any questions I may have, and are always kind to me.People are very quick to post about bad experiences, but never good ones (which is sad). I have never had any issues at the pharmacy that most individuals are upset about.
