if I could give them a negative score I would. No one is ever nice or kind or even smiles when you are at this pharmacy. it's a shame.

This place is a joke! 4 hours and they can't get 3 prescriptions ready. It's not like they're creating the medicine. How hard is it to count the pills from this bottle and put them into that one. I wish it were possible to give no stars.

Do not go here if you need something done correctly or efficiently. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Very unprofessional. Taking my business elsewhere. It is not worth dealing with rude people who just don't want to do their job and then end up not even getting what I need. Very frustrating and a waste of time. Need to hire whole new staff.

Worst customer service ever. super long waits for pickup. Rude pharmacist. When they are busy they simply don't pick up the phone- for hours on end.I've had difficulty with this pharmacy several times and am moving my business to Walgreens.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. CVS is the choice pharmacy for my insurance and I have decided to pay extra to switch to ANYWHERE else. Rude pharmacist, unhelpful techs and managers that just say our hands are tied. If you didn't want to help people, don't go into healthcare.

My prescription insurance unfortunately is with CVS. I have missed atleast 4 days of work because they would not fill my prescription. I have crippling anxiety and if I don't have my medicine I can't work. There was a couple of times my doctor would call it in for me a few days early because I ran out some days are better than others. Even though my Doctor was ok getting them for me. The pharmacists there will not fill it early. So there I am having full blown panic attacks and my Doctor calls it in they decide whether you get it or not. Its up to the Doctor when he decides to refill it not the pharmacist. They just fill what the Doctor sends. This past month I was ok and my medicine lasted the 30 days. December 1st I should have gotten my meds my Doctor even called to make sure it would be taken care of. December 2nd went by and then the 3rd so I called my Doctor to see what was going on. He said he would call again finally December 6th they got around to filling my script. I wish I could go to a real pharmacy that cares about there customers and does not play with there medicine. I wish I never had to go back in there again.
