Had an emergency with my back tire, it was my first time going and the customer service was outstanding, the employees were very knowledgeable and the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciate good and quality service. I would recommend going here for any tire repairs.

I visited Child’s for the first time yesterday, I was in an emergency due to tire losing air and the need to make a long drive. They checked me in, and took care of my issue within two hours. I was able to get on the road and get home safely.

First time using Child’s and my experience was great! I was a walk-in and got in and out quicker than expected. Everyone was very nice and their waiting area is very comfortable. Loved visiting with my new friend Lugnut, the family dog. Highly recommended.

I called Childs Tire in the morning & discussed my need for replacement of 4 tires. They took the time to discuss the differences between the tires available & were 100% transparent on full cost for each tire option & installation. I dropped my vehicle off mid afternoon and within 2 hours recieved notice all was completed. When I went to retrieve my vehicle the invoice was what I had been quoted to the penny. On top of the quick service, each person I interacted with was very kind & courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone contact them for all your tire needs.

Friendly helpful and efficient. The lobby waiting area is well maintained and clean.It was my first time going there; I recommended Child’s Tire to a couple friends and a family member the same day I got my car back.Also, little Lugnut is adorable.

My daughter needed a new set of tires and Ryan helped her with an affordable and quality set of tires. Service was quick and worked out with her busy schedule. He made it a pleasant experience for her. I’ve been using Child’s for years for all my vehicles tire and alignment needs. Sure there’s cheaper options out there but I don’t even bother looking because the Customer Service is unmatched, plus your helping out a small business that’s been in Ofallon for years!

Went to Childs tire to have my tires checked before winter. Mike is so helpful each time I go in. I needed 4 new tires. I was in and out rather quickly. I appreciate the friendly staff and clean atmosphere. I highly recommend Childs tire.

I called on Thursday to get a quote and they had the tires in stock for my car. i was able to get in the next afternoon to get a new set of tires on my car. i was in and out in under an hour. They even found a rebate that made them even less than I was quoted. I’m glad I took my mom’s referral and went to Child’s Tire.

Great Service. We needed a couple of temporary used tires and they had just what we needed and at A reasonable rate. They got my vehicle in and everything completed within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend Childs Tire.

I was recommended to check out Childs Tire. Saw several good reviews and needed just 1 tire since I was on a doughnut for 5 + months until I could source a new job somewhere. After giving some details over the phone to Mike. When I showed up right about on time. I was greeted at the door with my first name, which blew my mind that Mike remembered me just 4 hours earlier.I explained that I needed 1 tire and to give me a price on 4 new tires..after he said the price. Welp, what felt like 19 minutes later. I was back on the road driving with 4 fresh new tires at a great price! Speed of service is out of this world. Don't expect to have that quick of service but this team is dialed in and REALLY cares for its customers and service. I WILL be back and will recommend you all to other friends and family!Thank You So Much!

Great job by Childs Tires. Had all 4 tires replaced and thought I needed an alignment also. They are very honest, told me I was ok on the alignment. Other places could have charged me for one when I didn't need it. We always choose Childs Tire. Great service too.

I called in last minute just like I've done many times before. Wouldn't be able to expect to get service on such short notice but yet they got it done Even though it was probably 104° that day and they were busy. All I can say is there a very well run business and anybody who goes there will be doing themselves a favor over going to almost any other tire shop in town! They did a Great job! The staff was very courteous and the waiting room was very clean . Need I say more?
