We use Chic Lumber for all of our materials on our builds. We have used them for 30+ years now and we have absolutely no complaints. The salesmen are outstanding! I must brag about the cabinet division- Marianne Duckworth has been an amazing asset to our company and her design skills are unmatched. She works great with all of our clients. We are grateful for her and the entire team at chic lumber. ALL locations.

Very disappointing. We showed up with a design in hand, complete with all the SKU numbers for the cabinet brand we wanted. All we needed was for Marianne to double check the design to make sure there were no major red flags, enter it into their system, give us a price quote, and place the order. After being strung along for over a month with empty promises and commitments, we decided to go with another company. Such a shame... we were so excited to support a local small business with our full kitchen renovation, but I wasn't about to chase anyone down or beg them to take our business. The only thing we got from Chic Lumber was a 6 week delay in our kitchen renovation.

Update from five to two stars. On Jan. 2nd 2024, we decided to go with another company. Our appointments kept getting canceled and we had to initiate communication for updates. The last text was Dec 15 as she was finishing our design to be ready next week. We've reciever no updates since.Original: Nov 17th, We walked in to browse the kitchen displays and schedule a design appointment. We meet Marianne and schedule a time later in the week. We already had our measurements and several ideas and shared those. She spent a good hour talking to us about our designs and looking at color options. We are excited and ready to start our design consultation. ?

I hate any & every hardware store because I always find more than I went in for. All staff were courteous and many offered to help with no pressure.

We purchased new cabinets for our remodel from Chic Lumber. Marianne was the absolute best to work with. She helped us in so many ways. Too many to list. The one big thing I have to bring up is, we had a few issues with one cabinet being delivered damaged due to the manufacturer (not chic lumbers fault) and she made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to get it fixed. We will be giving our future business to Chic Lumber going forward due to the great customer service! Marianne, you are the best!

I went there for the first time and it is like going back in time. In a good way. It is an old fashion hardware store on the inside but does not look like one on the outside. The prices are very reasonable. Try them out, you will not regret it.
