Bill looked at my photos and offered great advice, showed me everything I would need, offered suggestions about my leaky basement, and even assisted my mother and got her what she would need to repair her porch. “I came in to do an exchange. I waited in customer service for about 5 minutes. Vicki was the employee that helped me and was so very kind. I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”

“We purchased new cabinets for our remodel from Chic Lumber. Marianne was the absolute best to work with. She helped us in so many ways. Too many to list. The one big thing I have to bring up is, we had a few issues with one cabinet being delivered damaged due to the manufacturer (not chic lumbers fault) and she made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to get it fixed. We will be giving our future business to Chic Lumber going forward due to the great customer service! Marianne, you are the best!”
