Bill looked at my photos and offered great advice, showed me everything I would need, offered suggestions about my leaky basement, and even assisted my mother and got her what she would need to repair her porch. Five stars all around. I will definitely be going back when I am able to repair my basement!Thank you, Bill, for having the patience to let 3 ladies pick your brain for 20 minutes or so.”

“I came in to do an exchange. I waited in customer service for about 5 minutes. Vicki was the employee that helped me and was so very kind. I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”
