Had a great experience today at the Highway K store. It was very quick to get a new line set up on my plan. The associate (wish I had gotten his name) let me know immediately upon entering what that they were out of stock on certain things but he hoped he could still help us out. He was able to get our line connected and out the door with a new phone in record time, probably 30-40 minutes! (Did the exact same thing at the wentzville store 6 months ago and it took an hour and a half)

My elderly mother came in to purchase a new phone and was treated terribly by the gentleman that has worked there for several years. He was abrupt to the point of being rude and did not thank her for the purchase at the end of the sale.

My sister needed to activate a new phone and honestly we had great service. The man who helped us out, Oscar iirc, was quite patient with us and did absolutely everything he could for us until we finally got it activated. We really appreciate his patience and kind demeanor. Additionally, I would say it is way more worth just getting the phone activated for ~$35 instead of sitting on the phone calling customer service, being put on hold for over an hour, then ending up with nothing resolved. Anyhow, thank you Oscar.

Terrible customer service. No customers in store when I arrived. Waited 5 minutes before getting his attention: Store doesn't take credit cards and not friendly. Called store in Wentzville. Customer service was immediate and helpful!

Boost Mobile has the worst customer service i bought a phone there yesterday the AUX port did not work I went to return it today and they refused to take it back without charging me a $35 activation fee on the new phone and then I had to pay a $25 restocking fee. I called corporate and they only refer to the insurance company????? if u are looking for good phone service company this one is the absolute worst and i could not understand any of the reps over the phone even they had bad phone service? i went to the offalon location ????

Went to di location to get a few phones. Di customer service skills are very low at this location, the communication skills are very low here as well. Rahspek to der first language spoken but the two women spoke in their first language the entire time I was there. I didn't inform them I knew their language and they spoke very rudely of customers and myself. Bad bad for business. After I mentioned I would rather have a different phone I was attacked because they clearly didn't want to take the extra step in customer service. After all of that my phone was not fully activated and I heard them speak the confusion (In their native language) and the lady told her don't worry about it, it still works. I asked before leaving was everything proper and they said yes. Well now my son can't use his iPhone properly because it's on an AT&T network. I called several times but we all know where this is going, they don't answer their phones. Please go to a more professional Boost Mobile.#MoonsEvolution on YT
