“I am so impressed with the team at Elmer Collision. My car had tens of thousands of dollars in hail damage, and as a result they needed to keep my car for about 3 weeks. The office staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, calling me every few days to give me an update. They worked directly with my insurance company to get it paid for, so all I had to pay them was my deductible.I also had a couple of really bad door dings that were not covered by the hail claim. I actually called them and said, "Hey, would you mind giving me a quote for what it'll cost to get those fixed while you have the vehicle?" She called me back once she'd had a chance to talk to the shop guys and said, "He said it was bugging him so he did his best to get them fixed, but they are on a crease so it isn't perfect." I was so appreciative that they had done that at no charge, I of course didn't mind. Flash forward to this morning, I picked up my car and let me tell you, you can't tell that those door dings were ever there. They also fixed a chip in my windshield that I got AFTER the hail estimate.I think the people repairing the cars are so committed to giving you a car that is fully restored that they couldn't stand to leave an imperfection if they can help it.I am beyond grateful to the folks at Elmer Collision for making this process so easy. I am so pleased with the quality of work and I will 100% be recommending them to anyone I know that needs auto body work done.”

“Very fast process to fix a chip in my windshield so I was very happy about that. However after I left I noticed a brown drop on my windshield that would not come off with the wipers and when I got home I had to pick it off and it's smeared so I'm assuming it was dried resin. I contacted customer service and they told me to take it back up that they have a solvent that would take it off. I had already used alcohol and Windex on it. Explained the situation to the girl at the office when I got there and she took a foam window cleaner to it but we could not see the smear when we were outside. So we thought we had it off. However when I got home in my garage under LED lights the smear showed up again. I called customer service again and asked what solvent they use, so I could try something at home,because I did not want to make another wasted trip to the location and they were not helpful. I googled and found a suggestion to use acetone and it came right off.”

They were able to make the repairs quickly and then found a part wasn’t needed and actually took it off the bill. Making the bill WAY less than I expected! The lady in the office was great to work with as well.
