Pros: Lot is concrete/pavement which is nice helps keep the critters away; close to home.
Cons: lot owner is out of state (yes local office but not locally owned), gate seems to always be out of order, fencing is nice to have but doesn't keep the theifs out.

Have no problems they keep the property clean and secure this past year they just cut all the trees off The back fence where my boat sits my only complaint is it won't let me make a payment on the phon but overall great

This storage center for our camper is great. Jenna was so helpful getting us a spot. The price is really good for monthly rental.

We have stored our camper there for the last 5 years and although I have put up with the shortcomings for a while I feel as though other people need to be warned now that there are more options of places to store your property. We have been locked out on several occasions and the gate seems to be broken a few times a year leaving everything unprotected. We have been locked out when we wanted to leave on a camping trip and unable to get our camper until the next day. This weekend it seemed as if the electricity was out or something, but there was no attempt to notify the customers or deter someone from pulling in. This lead me to have back my camper out into a busy street. If my wife had not been with me I would have had to call the police to come block traffic for me so that I could get home.

This lead me to have back my camper out into a busy street. If my wife had not been with me I would have had to call the police to come block traffic for me so that I could get home. They are completely unreachable outside of barely acceptable operating hours and seem to be just limping this along until someone wants to buy the land for something.
