Poor customer service, long wait times. You closed the location nearest to my house for this?Maybe it was that the people at the closed location cared about their customers more, maybe it's because they knew us. But they took care of us. Since moving over to the new location I've been very unhappy. It's a pain in the butt, but I will be looking at transferring my account over to the Commerce near to my house

I use the app to get my money faster. I key in how much I want on my phone and when I get to the ATM I finish my transaction. It makes it real fast and easy.

Do not use them. Someone got my info and opened an account. When I brought it to their attention they did nothing. Not even filed a report. Filing a BBB and FTC complaints.

extremely rude manager. Wouldent cash wedding checks with different names on each. Mr/Mrs and new vs maiden. Will be closing accounts and cutting ties.

I'm so eager to pay off my car loan so I can stop having to do business with them. It's extremely impossible to do business with them. They don't have a drive-thru line. And even when it looks like there's two tellers available, one suddenly disappears. I have never spend less than 20 minutes inside just trying to pay a car loan. This time I had to leave because I was stuck behind an older gentleman starting his third out of who knows how many transactions while I had food waiting. DON'T CHOOSE BANK OF AMERICA.

Worst customer service ever. Hire some tellers! One teller with a line of 10 customersEverytime I go its the same. I do feel a bit sorry for employees having to deal with all us angry people. Corporate needs to allow hires. I'll bank in Illinois where the BoA has plenty of employees.

Apparently you can electronically cash a check and then physically cash it a second time and it doesn't get stopped. And Bank of America doesn't seem to mind! ( and Servpro doesn't care either) I meanwhile, have had to jump through hoops to open new accounts/ redirect all the bills, fill out the fraud report 2x with notary signatures "or else they'll drop the case". And yet the fraudster, who has an account also, continues cashing all kinds of checks, having some charge back as fraud, and still he keeps going and is probably at "Preferred Customer " status. This guy is probably hitting the 100k threshold for Feds to get involved- will they even bother to report it? Doubtful.

Horrible customer service. I had a check that had mine and my dad's name on it, I had him sign the back of the check and everything and old lady teller that was there told me I needed him to actually be there in person for me to deposit it in my account. Then when there was a line the lady at the desk when you walk in said that she could take me at that front desk and didn't even ask for my dad's ID once he got there. She said because she did it on the tablet it's different so I don't understand why I had to sit there and wait for my dad to show up and have to bother him when they could have told me if you wait a moment she'll be able to help you with that over there. Weird.

To get Bank Account Verification Letter takes 7-10 days. Citi - 15 mins. BoA requires to schedule appointment + 3 days. Citi - no appointment. BoA is not customer oriented bank.

My company recently switched banks. If you are considering this Bank, I would suggest you look elsewhere. No drive through, and told they will not be opening it up, ever. Always one Teller and long wait times. And the kicker, closes at 4PM.

Required appointment They fully booked today, I was told other locations are probably the same. I asked about making appoint on Monday. I was told they close at 4pm. I don't get off work until 4pm. The employee at the kiosk was not very helpful. I wanted to open an account with them but not any more.

Everyone there is extremely nice and definitely hard working! There are other locations closed nearby, unfortunately due to Covid, this location is doing extremely well given the situation! ????
