Went in there on 8/5 around 11:00 and the store manager was being really disrespectful to an employee named Steve. There were 2 instances where Steve was trying to help with something and the manager very rudely told him what steps had already been done in the transaction as if Steve could of read his mind when he was just trying to be helpful. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional for him to be talking to his employees like that at all, but especially in front of customers.

They got us in on a busy day, the staff are friendly and very nice. The manager gave us pricing and we got great service!!!

Absolutely the very worst experience ive ever had in my life. I have an account with them and the manager refused to help me give him my money. Ill never be back and you all should go see julie at k and n for alk your needs she has nothing but the finest customer service any autozone has to offer or ill refund your money!

Steve at K and N was so helpful! I’ve found my auto store dad in town and I hope Auto Zone rewards their employees for their hard work and dedication to its customers. Thank you Steve!

0 stars if i could give them. Extremely RUDE manager. Disrespectful and hateful. You can go there if you want to be disrespected. I don't reccomend and they lost my famil and bisinesses that myself and friends and family own.My suggestion to coorporate is that they need to look at their cameras and see how the Manager is treating their customers.

I have my hail damage estimate appointment all set, so I call and ask if the have the special markers to use on my paint to circle all the hail dimples on my vehicles metal body. The guy says yes sir, so I rush on over and find out it's the GLASS markers only?? Not the special ones for the vehicles paint surfaces. I wouldn't have wasted my time if they knew what they were talking about and actually new what they carried in the store. At least when I called Advanced Auto Parts across the street they knew what product I needed and said they didn't have any in stock . . Only the markers for the glass is all they had in stock. That's better than saying you carry something that you don't!!

I stopped in Autozone here in O'Fallon, I was having an issue with my rear brake or so I hoped, thought I needed a caliper bracket which I was prepared to spend $100 or more, when I walked in, I told Travis what my issue was, he immediately took charge and took the bracket, cleaned it and lubricated it until it was working properly, I can't thank him enough, I'm homeless and I'm Ubering to pay my bills, this was such a kind thing he could have just sold me the bracket, he saved me several 100 dollars, he didn't even know my story,.

Tom and Vaughn are outstanding! Both were instrumental in helping us diagnose and resolve an issue we were having with a misfiring cylinder. In and out in under 30 minutes and back on the road.

I went in and explained my problem and I believe Travis helped me out. I told him I don't know my way around cars that well. Showed him a pic of what I needed and he knew what was going on. Much appreciated. This Autozone is so much more friendlier than O' O' O'.

Clean. Attendants are always accessible and willing to help. Tom helped me. I needed a new battery. He changed the old one out. Maybe 15 minutes. Thank you, Tom.
