I was disgusted and disappointed with and the manager Kyle conduct!! I had a 11 o'clock appointment, was checked in and told someone would be right with me. As I walked to the sitting area, walked by a man messing around on his phone. Once I sat down, I looked around for whomever was coming being I was the only one waiting. So 5 minutes went by then a Caucasian woman and her daughter walks in, that's when the MANAGER KYLE comes over and says hello to the people who had came in after me. Then acknowledges me!! How sickening how despicable people still are still in day in age!!

I have an auto lob through them (through the dealer). Since October 31st, I have spent 2 hours on the phone with them over 9 calls attempting simply to set up online banking. 3x someone has been supposed to “call me back within 1 business day.” What a joke.

Katie at the O’Fallon CU was amazing! She notarized some documents for us and was so helpful! She took her time working with us & went above and beyond! I highly recommend the OFallon location for any financial needs due to the knowledgeable friendly staff.

I wanted to leave a review about one of your employees. The employee is Emilea at the O'Fallon Missouri location. She greeted me with a great smile and helped me get a copy of my lien release. I needed it right away as I was in the process of selling my truck. She was very efficient and acted with the utmost professionalism. She should be commended for her efforts!!!

Do NOT get a student loan through them. They cap at a certain point anyways. I wish I would have just done all my student loans through government. They decided to find a loop hole even though the president said to put off loans they called and said that I owed them $500 of loans a month. Was able to push it back but if you are someone looking for a student loan do not go through them. They are also not great at answering their phones. I would suggest finding another bank tbh.

Horrible. This bank is unorganized and not professional. We have a car loan here for years and out of nowhere we are getting harassing letters about not having insurance. Our insurance has not changed in years! So, the APPROPRIATE info was sent several times and STILL they’re saying they don’t have it! Get to TOGETHER!

I just recently called this location because I have been banking here since I was 16 years old, I got on the phone to ask a simple question about an issue that I was having, and the customer representative had a very very bad attitude. I know it doesn’t sound like much but he did not sound like or act like he was trying to give me great customer service while doing it with a good attitude. Again I have been banking with Together Credit Union and have been going to this location since I was 16 years old I am now 27 and this past experience was horrible so horrible I am thinking about switching to a different credit union. After talking to the customer representative I had to check Google to see if the reviews left by other people added up to my experience, and what do you know it does . This location needs to get it together.

This credit union provides poor customer service. The employees here are pathetic. The teller approached me droning state that we have no one to see . The lady you need to talk to about a car loan is getting ready to go to lunch. If I could give no stars I would.

I'm the only car in the drive thru. I arrived at 4:16pm, it is now 4:50pm!!!! I've gotta be at work!!! This is the absolute, hands down WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Shut this location down!!!!

I have banked here for 20+ years. I have never been so disappointed. 5 years ago I would have given it a 5 star easy, now they have been changed to Together Credit Union, and let me tell you, we couldn't be any farther apart. I loved the staff and personal attention that I got previously. Together took over about 2 years ago, switched out all the staff that had basically been in the office and had great public relations with the locals for years, and it's falling apart. The workers are rude, they hang up on you on the phone, they refuse to call back, I had night deposits sit for DAYS on end causing overdrafts that they refused to reverse even though they caused them. Never mind also that Overdrafts cost a bank on average $1 and Together charges $25 per overdraft (2400% PROFIT) so much for being a member owned credit union that should be looking out for its members. I would recommend you RUN very fast from this place. I am going to West Community Credit Union right down the street, where I know an employee and I know that they value the surrounding area and the members and where customer service actually matters to them.

Ms. Cumberland needs an attitude adjustment at the Ofallon location and possibly a hearing device. Not only is she the most unfriendly checker I've ever met, but she put my deposit in the wrong account even though I explained the account twice. I selected this bank a couple of years ago for my car loan. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I've only been back for deposits a couple of times. I don't know if the name change has anything to do with the less than desirable associates but something has changed and not for the good.

My wife called to request information about home equity loan. She has been with American Eagle for many many years. Gentleman was very rude to her and very vague in his answers. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same.
