Worked with Lyla at Alliance on changes to several accounts and it was an Outstanding experience. After completing those changes Lyla resolved several issues I had with the Alliance CU website and with the Elan website. I greatly appreciate all of Lyla’s help and highly recommend you contact her when you need help with your CU accounts.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with for financing a vehicle. Claimed I was over 360 days delinquent on my loan as if they weren't recording when I was making my payments. Their APP does not work which prevents me from making payments unless I pull cash out of my bank and drive it to alliance to make a payment. They deposit the money into a savings account then they have to move the money over to the loan which doesn't make sense to me. They say it's in asset recovery even when the loan is current. If I make a payment on Saturday, they tell me they will call Monday to move the money from the savings account over to the loan. They don't have an after hours contact either. There's no wonder why it's not a BBB accredited business. I would give them negative stars if it was an option

This is my CU's sister CU and every time I go here they are amazing! My CU is in Colorado and Alliance has been so great they have now become my bank in my hometown!!

Absolutely pathetic customer service.While attempting to get through on the phone to a customer service agent I was sent to voice mail on three separate attempts after less than 2 minutes on hold and being told I am first in the call queue. I finally got through and told the CSR that we had received information that we owed $36.50 on a closed account but did not know why. Her answer was I can go into a branch and pay the money and they can look it up and tell me why, basically offering no help at all. I pushed to have the CSR look up the issue and, while the explanation I received is perfectly acceptable, being told by a CSR that I should go to a branch to get a question answered when the information was readily available is lazy and unprofessional.If you are interested in pulling the recorded call data, it occured on 8/9/2023 with the call initiating at 10:15 AM and terminating at 10:21 AM.Also, your chatbot is telling people you're business is not opened on Wednesdays at 9:45 AM.A purely bush league operation.

This is the worst company to have a loan through. They don't report to credit bureaus correctly and when they do it's months later. I've been contacted for late payments that aren't even late. Customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this bank to anyone even if your are in need.

Alliance is great for local members and they are very friendly fast and accurate! Checking accounts have no fees and most fees can be avoided by alternative options.
