I have had AAA home owners insurance for 25 years and Auto for 7 years. Last night I attempted to add a car to my policy and it took me well over an hour before I could talk to ANYONE! Multiple calls to multiple numbers including the Ofallon MO office.
I miss the days when you had a real AGENT that you could call.
A few years ago they FORCED AAA membership apon us and said we couldn't have Auto insurance without the membership.
Not to mention that AAA coverage is horrible anymore and they dont want to pay out anything on claims like the pathetic 3K they wanted to give me for a new roof on my home.
Dissatisfied customer and shopping for new insurance!

I simply have to give Kristin at AAA a glowing 5 star review. After a young woman hit me in the LSL Walmart parking lot she was assigned to handle the claim and she was on it. She made the process smooth and easy, was quick to respond and effectively communicated in a professional and friendly way. Exemplary customer service.

My wife and I just got back from getting our passports renewed at the O'fallon Mo. Post office. On the way to the Post Office we stopped at AAA in O'Fallon to get our pictures taken for the Passport application which we did 10 years ago when we got our Passports. This year there was a charge of $8 each which was new but no problem. However, the Post Office in O'Fallon would not accept the pictures saying they were too dark and fuzzy. On the way home we stopped at AAA to get a refund and were told by the manager on the phone, that we needed a receipt from the Post Office, even though we had copies of the pictures taken at the Post Office which showed the obvious difference. Then, the manager on the phone, indicated that the refund would be mailed to us. In other words I would have to jump through additional hoops for their mistake. Lesson learned....do not get your passport pictures taken at AAA for your passport.

I arrived at the office today at 11:25 am and no one was available to handle any transactions. I would think anyone staffed in the office that day should able to handle most transactions.

Was not satisfied with this company first got a quote on car and home liked the price so decided to switch had to do a virtual with the company on my home and they had to take pics of my home 2 weeks I get a cancellation notice saying pics they got was good enough instead of asking for better pics they gave me a month to get home owners.call my agent she said she would look into it never heard back so I call and ask she says oh let me get ahold of underwriting and I'll get back to you guess what never got back to me and then I get a bill for almost 50$ more than I was quoted so call again she is acting liked she is annoyed with me okay just trying to make sure everything is fine with my insurance and ask why my quote is so high again cant get an answer have to be called back guess what no call back so I went back to my old agent and got everything taken care of within 48hrs so call AAA to cancel and they said they are charging me 43 cancellation fee omg I wouldn't be looking for another company I was forced to I suggest stay in my away from this company such a bad exp.and agent was rude
