Every single time I've gone in to this location, I've been extremely happy with this store. It's the ONLY ONE IN TOWN!I took back, with the receipt, a roll of tape that splintered, so I asked for a refund and bought the reinforced tape. WITH A RECEIPT, SHE TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T HAVE THE WRAPPER??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I BOUGHT A PRODUCT THAT DIDN'T WORK AND ACCORDING TO DOLLAR GENERALS Credo 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, I AM NOT HAPPY!!! OVER A ROLL OF DUCK TAPE BECAUSE YOUR MANAGER IS TOO YOUNG TO MAKE THE BIG DECISIONS!!!I WANT MY MONEY FOR THE TAPE!!!DOLLAR GENERAL STANDS BY IT AND SHE DIDN'T!!!PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!

If you need some last minute items such as greeting card, deodorant, house supplies, milk, canned foods, etc, you a don't have to drive to Oak Grove or Higginsville to get these items. Saves gas.

I called the store in Odessa, MO to find out what the sales tax rate was as my husband did not get a receipt and the clerk said she put it into his bag. She put me on hold and came back and said the clerk did not remember any purchase of 7 birthday cards and that it must have been several hours ago. I said NO, that he was just there. Was put back on hold and she came back and said the clerk still did not remember the purchase and that the trash was now empty. I asked if she could check to see what the price of the card was. On hold. Came back and said all cards were $1 to over $2 and since she couldn't see what I was I had she couldn't give me a price. Asked to speak with the Manager and she that was her. Asked her name and she said "Brooke". I asked what the sales tax rate was and she did not know that she had not memorized it yet and that the computer did that for them. Asked what she would do if the computers went down and she said she would not be able to sell anything. Told her she still needed to know what the sales tax rate was and if she was a Manager she needed to be in control of the whole store. She was asking her clerk for answers each time. She should have been able to see her as I have been in that store many times and there is always a clerk and then someone else there watching. Brooke is not Manager material and this store needs someone who can be a Manager. Since John gave cash for this purchase I just wonder why there was NO receipt in the trash within the 22 minutes it took him to get home. Just wondering!!!

i love dollar general i’m in there all the time they have the best stuff there and the best employees there super good and when you buy stuff there it’s very affordable and the chips aren’t stale there like dollar tree and there workers are way better at dollar general i think it’s the best one there
