“I was shopping for hermit crabs. The selections were as healthy as I've ever seen. Their habitat was clean and ideal. The sale associate was patient and knowledgeable. She was a genuinely caring expert. I was very impressed. Bonus- the prices were lower than I expected.”

“Our son wanted a pair of rats and after looking high and low for weeks we stumbled upon pet connection which turned out to be amazing. Dan handles the rats and is very interactive with them. He was able to show us the moms and dads and even showed new litters that some rats just had. He was extremely informative and made the purchasing process extremely easy and distilled confidence in us through the entire process. We were then helped with everything we needed as well as having every question answered. Then they helped us with some healthy dog treats for our soon to be jealous dog lol. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything Dan. Will be back to see you for all our pet needs.”

“Taylor and Molly have been very helpful as I transitioned my cat to raw. “Smalls” cat food was costing me roughly $64/week and I needed something more cost efficient. Taylor went out of her way multiple times to check prices on special ordering for me. Molly helped explain how to feed raw. They are fantastic and very knowledgeable at what they have to offer. If you’re shopping for pet food or even just treats or toys, HIGHLY recommend Three Tails Columbia!”

“Everyone at the Clip Joint is so wonderful and obviously cares about the dogs they take care of. I have a dog who is reluctant to interact with people, but after taking her a few times she happily went back with her groomer. She always smelled and looked amazing when I picked her up. They took the time to tell me about any concerning skin/hair issues they saw. The employees are knowledgeable about specific breed needs, so every dog gets the groom that makes the most sense for them. Their prices are extremely fair for the attention and quality of service you get. I took my dog here for 5 years and they consistently gave her a lot of love and wonderful haircuts, and I can’t recommend them enough.”
“House of Phideau is amazing: the ladies are funny and kind and they do a FABULOUS job with my 2 dogs who do not like their faces or feet touched. It is easy to make appointments and their communication is also excellent. I am so happy that I found them and that my dogs rush inside instead of fighting me when they realize where they are. “Very nice little shop. We were very impressed with the place. Clean enclosures, beautiful aquariums not overcrowded with too many animals. They all look well cared for. it does not smell bad inside. Very friendly people. Answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered that we took the time to chat. We have bought 4 isopod/springtails cultures and they all seem healthy and active. If we ever need more this will be our go to place to get them. I can't forget to mention the cute pup they have. She happily greeted us both times we were there. :) Thank you for your friendly customer service.”
