“I've been taking my dog here for over 8 years and had nothing but top-notch care for my boy. I unfortunately had to have him put down a few weeks back, and the staff were so kind throughout the whole experience. The hospital has a separate room for saying goodbye to your pet that is comfortable and quiet, and for me it made all the difference to feel like I could take my time to say goodbye and not feel rushed. They even sent me a sympathy card in the mail afterwards signed by most of the staff and the vets that was handwritten and so thoughtful. The staff here clearly love and care about animals and it shows through all that they do. They really made a very difficult time go just a little bit smoother for me.”
“Our son wanted a pair of rats and after looking high and low for weeks we stumbled upon pet connection which turned out to be amazing. Dan handles the rats and is very interactive with them. He was able to show us the moms and dads and even showed new litters that some rats just had. He was extremely informative and made the purchasing process extremely easy and distilled confidence in us through the entire process. We were then helped with everything we needed as well as having every question answered. Then they helped us with some healthy dog treats for our soon to be jealous dog lol. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything Dan. Will be back to see you for all our pet needs.”

Careful listeners; always aim to please; bows are a thoughtful touch. They allow 4-hour window appointment times...so no need to "leave" our "Kids" there all day! Soft spoken and kind. “Very nice little shop. We were very impressed with the place. Clean enclosures, beautiful aquariums not overcrowded with too many animals. They all look well cared for. it does not smell bad inside. Very friendly people. Answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered that we took the time to chat. We have bought 4 isopod/springtails cultures and they all seem healthy and active. If we ever need more this will be our go to place to get them. I can't forget to mention the cute pup they have. She happily greeted us both times we were there. :) Thank you for your friendly customer service.”

“Just left there 7 o'clock on Monday ask for 4 dozens crickets got about 2 1/2 dozen. Use to be an awesome place now new people aren't giving what we're paying for. I came back in on Monday and everything is good got the crickets.”

“So easy to setup appointment. Staff is extremely friendly. We are not a monthly customer but each visit we are greeted like friends not just an incoming job. Simba always seems happy -both going into the facility and again when we pick him up. Appointments usually last between 3 and 4 hours. No rushing. Although Simba can be snarky at home the techs always say he is a sweetheart for them. So they must have a special talent. Thank you everyone Appreciate the care Simba gets.”
